We love the property and enjoy staying there.

Unfortunately this time there was a water problem (I understand that it was not the hotel’s problem it was a city problem)and the smell was very unpleasant. The hotel provided bottled water for drinking, coffee, etc however bathing was not great. Hopefully the next time we are there the problem will be gone. The staff and front desk folks were great and as I said we move the hotel.

Breakfast wasn't included but we knew that ahead. The kitchen had everything we needed! We loved the screened in porch with the water view. It was quiet and scenic!

We ended up in the accessible, which isn't bad. The bed was low, which was also alright...high beds have been equated with luxury, when they are just plan hard to get into! But the mattress in this room needs to be replaced.

The suite was very nice and was furnished well. Our favorite part was the screened in balcony that overlooked the Appalachicola River. The view was beautiful and peaceful! The location was excellent and we could easily walk into town. The full kitchen had everything we needed and we used it for a number of meals.

The only thing that could have been better would have been a bigger bathroom with more counter space and an updated bath tub/shower.

All Boaters, this is a great Hotel with Boat slips when you make a stop boating around Florida. We came with our 38 foot boot and no problem. Front desk check in is super friendly and from here you can boat around St. George Island and if you like explore downtown Apalachicola by foot.

What did I like? Our beautiful room with more amenities than expected: 2nd bath, 2nd single bdrm, mini washer and dryer, sweeping living room opening up to expansive patio balcony complete with full furniture outfit. Gracious bdrm with awesome poster bed and roomy master bath. We spent just as much time on the deck counting pelicans, watching fishing vessels, and looking out at an amazing nature tributary. Pool and deck out our front door was nice, convenient. Friendly kitty duo wandered as they wished. LOVED walking to a nearby Oyster restaurant w/ casual atmosphere, entertainment. Or walk the other way and try their seafood! enjoyed meandering the quaint working fishing town. And St George Island State Park. Happily, I didn't need our furnished kitchen, with so many choices around town.

Wish they had a mini breakfast buffet, or similar. NOT a deal breaker! :D

We stayed here for one night to visit Apalachicola and the beautiful St George Island. The apartment had two bed rooms, two bath rooms and a beautiful balcon with an awesome view. Comfortable and spacious.

Everything was OK.

Lots of room for us. Extra alcove bedroom and second bathroom really helped. Great location. Very competitive pricing.

Things in the room were a bit run-down. Shower was iffy, light bulb over shower out, etc.

To open the door to this gracious, spacious room that had patio doors to the patio viewing pelicans and the salt marshes, fishing vessels, etc, was simply amazing! Kitchen, eating area, mini bdrm with ANOTHER bath, was awesome. Patio/balcony was HUGE with appropriate furniture to really relax and watch the canals to the marina. Wildlife was awesome!

Had to hunt coffee down besides room Keurig.

The View was fantastic, the suite was large and loved having separate rooms.

The small bedroom needed a table and lamp and some decor on the walls. It felt like a closet with a bed. Claustrophobic.

The planning, arranging, and greeting we received were fantastic. The young lady who assisted us with the check-in was very sweet. She ensured our room met our expectations and it did. I would recommend staying here for the beautiful scenery, and quietness, and the proximity was great for downtown shopping.

We had no complaints about this stay. I would recommend it to everyone.
