Where do I start, firstly it was great that they could arrange a transfer for me to and from the airport, fantastic service even when I had the first flight out of Santorini. Once at the Hotel what can I say it was out standing, location away from the busy town center, but close too walk or even catch the hotel shuttle. then the room with the view, outstanding watched the sunset every night BEAUTIFUL. LOVED THE WHOLE PLACE. Breakfast was also fantastic with a choice to choose from every morning from the restaurant and the view.

The views are spectacular. It’s quiet. The free shuttle to Fira. Brilliant. The recommendation for the Santorini star cruise. Such a highlight. And the food is delicious!

Some of the room decor is a little tired if one wants to be very picky.

The hotel has a lot of potential. It’s in a great location, and the room had a beautiful view, which I really appreciated. I want to thank all the staff at reception and during breakfast—they were friendly and helpful, and their service made a positive difference during my stay. With some maintenance and better attention to detail, this hotel could be excellent.

However, there were several issues that need attention. The fridge in the room was broken, the wine glasses were all mismatched, and there were no proper coffee mugs—only small cups. Cleanliness could also be improved. The room needed a more thorough cleaning, and there was mold around the wash-basin in the bathroom, which was concerning and not for 5* hotel standard.

Our cave jacuzzi was the highlight of not only our room but what made our entire trip in Santorini. The sunset and view from this spot was unparalleled. The sun was setting directly in front of our jacuzzi and it could not have been more perfect. We are so glad we decided to go with this room, which I heard is the only one of its kind in the hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. Even packed our breakfast to go on our final day as we had an early flight. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

EVERYTHING! Petit Palace Suites and its staff will forever have a special place in my heart! Everything was amazing from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. This is what hospitality looks like. I am incredibly grateful for the stay and wish I had stayed longer. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone I know! Thank you all.

I would have given this place a 10/10, but I rated it a 9/10 solely because of the parking situation. Thankfully, I never had an issue finding a parking spot, but backing out into heavy traffic every time I needed to leave was nerve-wracking for me. Unfortunately, I dreaded it each time. But the hotel was so exceptional in customer service I didn’t mind the inconvenience.

Stunning views of the caldera, including views of the infamous Santorini sunset from every terrace, balcony, room, corner of the hotel! Insanely beautiful views. Free shuttle bus to and from the centre of Fira at a range of times, which is so helpful for getting into town and adds great value, saves a lot of hassle, made life so much easier. 5-star a-la-carte breakfast. You can choose anything from the menu and customise to preferences. Food is high quality and presented to an extremely high standard. Best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel, and that includes the famous five-star hotels!! Hotel has beautiful architecture, is very new, very clean and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful - they made the stay very enjoyable. Jacuzzi was so relaxing with views of the Caldera. I cannot say enough positives about this hotel, it was the BEST STAY EVER. The best views, the best breakfast, the best everything. I want to visit again!!

Petit Suite should not really be called a "suite" - it is just a double room with an outdoor terrace and jacuzzi. No living area or kitchen, as one would expect with a suite.

Wow. The view is breathtaking. You don't need to go to Oia or any other places to enjoy the famous sunset of Santorini, because you can get the best of it directly from your room. There no words to describe the location of this hotel and the views. The architecture of the hotel is amazing, built right on the rocks of the island. The staff and their service is really 5-stars, professional, kind and respectful. There is no buffet for breakfast but nevertheless you have a lot of choices of very good quality. Nice common swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds. The restaurant of the hotel is definitely worth a try.

The hotel is almost 15 years old and you can feel sometimes its age. Maybe it needs some refurbishment and more attention in the details (furniture, lighting appliances in the room and in the common areas, finishings)

Stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. This place was incredible! Best view on the island and in a great location. There was a shuttle every hour that takes you to Fira. Located in the center of the island which makes it easy to get anywhere. Breakfast was included and was very good. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Staff are all amazing. It's a very happy place to spend time. From the hotel manager to the cleaner they are all lovely and like to be there. The views from the restaurant on an evening are the best I've ever had. Breakfast is excellent.

Not a problem but something to be aware of. Seating areas outside rooms are not very private due to the architecture of hotels set into cliffs. All access is via walkways from the front. This is a common feature on all hotels of this type in Santorini.

Absolutely professional & exceptional horel! From the moment you arrived costa the manager is deliver you fresh drinks and seating with and explain you all information about the island and what to do and what activities and more, so much patience and such a great service and polite and smiling, we loved it! The rooms are amazing, very big, highly celling, bed is amazing and so comfortable! Breakfast is phenomenal! U can order from the menu whatever u like, even 2 courses, and ask them to bring it you your room! U seat and eat whenever u like at the hotel amazing view areas, the pool is perfect, sunsets are amazing! And the dinner at the hotel was fantastic! I definitely recommend and we definitely will come back!
