Comfortable room, nice pool, great breakfast, friendly staff.

A few things we requested weren’t provided so we had to ask again. There were only 2 towels in the room for 4 people, and we had to ask for more twice.

Its a real hotel, large-size, with some history behind, about which I read in the literature. Rooms are comfrotable, with all the amenties and wi fi. The swimming pool is a decent size, one can swim there. Next to the pool, the male barber shop was closed, but the women´s salon was open, and I was given excellent haircut service. Location is generally speaking very good. Quiet, excellent conditions for rest. The staff, generally, can be commended for good attitude.

The hotel somehow looks empty, and does not offer any extra suggestion, e.g. cultural programme. The swimming pool areas needs more sunbeds, they were very scarce, onviously insufficient, not even chairs were available for all guests, and there is no café at the pool area. The hotel may be in the geographical center of the city, but one has no impression of being in the centre of anything really.

I took a room with lake view, it totally paid off. Also the included tipical breakfast is super delicious. Hotel location is super convenient, just 1200m away from "Puerto Salvador Allende" lake front with many local atractions. Another important comment is the very good security around at the site, and there´s also a comercial center in front of the hotel with many services, supermarket, restaurants and gas station.

The setting of remote controls was dificult to understand how to turn on and off the TV and the cable box, there no instructions for that, neither for the safe box.

Its a nice hotel, with a friendly staff. centrally located and entertainment within walking distance.

A bit noisy, it could have been because of Xmas holidays. There was an order of what could be the cleansing product being used. They could have been a bit more accommodating to resolved the breakfast issue. When reservations where made, it included Bfast. The only offer they made me was "you should have made the reservations directly with the Hotel"

Unbeatable location, with comfortable rooms. If you've been to other Crowne Plaza hotels, it is exactly what you would expect: lots of quality.

The hotel is a tad old, and the halls in the upper floors need a carpet change. Other than that small detail, awesome place to stay.

Staff is amazing , They should have more staff trained to speak English. None the spoke English.

Room Service part , Your order your food, they expect you to go restaurant immediately to pay not the front Desk They should be able to charge my room and pay when I check out 2 Elevators both of hard worked, we were using staff Elevator.

We stay at the hotel when we travel to Nicaragua we love it. All good .

This time there was a basketball or volleyball championship event in Managua and floors 2,3 and 4 I believe were taken by the teams staying at the hotel and the girls (players) were extremely loud specially late at night passed midnight. Doors slamming , running and yelling in the rooms and we couldn't sleep or rest.Kelly the manager was nice to provide a better room on the last day, but the other two days were terrible.

The food (room service and restaurant) was incredible. The room was large and comfortable, just the bathroom was tiny.

There was no service in the pool area, it became almost impossible to find towels and beverages. Also, they provide no robes at any room, including the suites.

I liked the check in process .they were very kind , proffessional and ensured i was attended well. My room was ready early, and that was so helpful as i was tired from long red eye flight. The room.was spotless, the ac was so good .tv worked flawlessly with over 500 channels. Very good hotel. Breakfast was tasty.

The security box didnt work properly. The safe was out of batteries so i coulndt place my valuables in the safe.

The hotel is wonderful. It is located in the city center. Staff is friendly, rooms are big and restaurant is wonderful. Would recommend staying in this hotel.
