This motel provided us with a clean and safe place to stay. You could tell the owners and maintenance staff were doing a good job on the property. Loved the care the maintenance staff too to the vegtable garden they had in front of office.

One afternoon there was a sulfur smell coming from the plumbing in bathroom. Front desk said it was a city problem. This did not happen the second night.

I liked that there was no smoking at all also the staff was very nice and friendly

there were bugs on the bed sheet and the bathroom was not that bad

This is the second time we stay here. Location was easily accessible to where we were needing to work. It's quiet and Pool looked like it was ready to go.

Bed was a bit to firm. And 1 creepy crawler was found. But my shoe quickly solved that issue.

The only problem I had that I didn't get my cell phone charger back after I called thm the next day

Thy could have sent me my T-Mobile charger back after thy found it and told me thy would send it back.

The room was very clean, the sheets were fresh, and my wife loved the comforter. The TV had very good reception, and the room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The are items you hardly ever see in a room in this price range. It was nice and quite and we will plan on making reservations with you on future trip to Palacious. Thank you.

Didn't find anything that I would complain about. It's an older building and shown some years, but still very pleasant and enjoyable to stay at.

Hospitality and location

Paint needed touch up and a refresh as well as lighting some light bulbs were out in the vanity and the shower vent/light was dark not bright

The hotel is close to everything. We came a bit early. The staff was very kind and let us check in early. It’s spacious and clean. We really had a great stay.

Beds were very comfortable and linen clean.

Continental breakfast pastries and cereals were stale. Coffee at 8:30a was old and brunt flavor.

The room was very clean and maybe remodeled/updated. The bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable.

Did not expect to have a pool! Bed was comfortable, room was clean. No frills, local motel but it did the job!

AC unit with auto on off instead of a constant run.
