The building seems new built.

Lack of light in the room, there was a table placed in the corner but no ceiling light for that or a table lamp making it difficult to work. The shower drain was blocked with hair, I clean the drain myself. The staff were not attentive, when I went down the “concierge” to ask more tea bags they said I need to ask the cleaner as for my entire stay I didn’t see any cleaner around.

We found the room was not cleaned from last customer. The bed was messy, there are still rubbish in the bin, the towel was used and hanged on the rack (first photo). So we went down and request a room change. Then toilet in the second room was broken, there is no water in the tank (2nd photo). The third room is normal (3rd photo)

The room got recently painted but the paint used might not be compliant to code. The smell was very strong, and my throat and tongue feel numb 10 minutes after staying in the room. That was an obvious sign that certain toxic chemicals existed. The staff changed another room for me, it was better. However, I found another problem: the bed was too short! When I laid down, my feet were outside of the bed. I’m only 5’11”, normal figure, the bed was too short. So I quit and book another hotel. As the booking was prepaid and I had no refund. I felt very upset about it.
