I loved this place and would definitely stay again. It is really well located near Kim Sha Beach and Simpson Bay. The room was really spacious and quiet and was cleaned to such a high standard. The hotel is locally owned and environmentally conscious, which I also appreciated. The suite had a kitchen area and nice bathroom and offers a nice option for those who don't necessarily want to stay in large resort type accommodation. It is also really good value for money. I found the staff exceptionally kind and helpful. The cleaner Christina was so kind and friendly to me every day and the reception staff Shaney and Latoya also both went above and beyond. They made check-in and check-out very smooth and also kindly offered a lot of great suggestions for trips on the island.

The staff was amazing. The moment I arrived LaToya made us feel at home. Hospitality great she escorted us to the room. There is an elevator a terracem. Christina kept the room clean and fresh daily. When I return to St Maarten I will stay at Bakers Suites. Feels like you are staying with family. Upon arrival there was a hand written welcome note from the manager. Other guess friendly. Everything you need is in walking distance.

No swimming pool.

I loved the location……it’s close to everything..even the beach which was so beautiful… I like the fact that it’s was super clean with all amenities….everything to your comfort and enjoyment…and I can’t forget the staff…oh my goodness Latoya (Sha)…Shanay and Joycelyn of the housekeeping department…you guys were amazing and super helpful with all my queries about the island..thanks a million..I will be back sooner than I anticipate…

Nothing at all

The staff was aamazing. So friendly and helpful. Our departure was delayed and they were great in helping us extend our stay an additional day. Great location, right near all the restaurants and shopping. And while we didn't make use of it, they had plenty of parking. We did make use of the kitchenette and were delighted to have both a cooktop and an oven. Coffee maker, blender and toaster available too.

Sad that its not waterview but we knew that when we booked.

I liked the location most and that it was a smaller property. The staff were attentive and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. It was very clean, and they provided two beach towels, which was a nice touch. Also, they are very helpful in providing suggestions on getting around the island, things to do and where to eat.

The elevator was out of service a few days.

I liked how the frontdesk staff Latoya received me with kindness and big smile. Also that she showed me the room itself. Something that I've never experienced at no other hotel while travelling. And the housekeeping staff which her name is Christena Rodgers, went well above and beyond her effort for keeping everything nice and tidy. I appreciate it very much. I loved the location which is close to every supermarket, restaurant, bar and nightlife. Also the surroundings was quiet that I was not bothered in no way. I would definitely come back to St. Maarten and stay at Bakers Suites, my home away from home.

We had a very pleasant stay at Baker‘s Suite. This privately owned boutique hotel is centrally located, only 1 min to the beach. Marina, bars, and restaurants nearby. The suite is very spacious and well furnished including terrace with ocean view. Friendly reception staff Alexa gave us nice hints where to go for dinner. I strongly recommend Baker‘s for all guests preferring non-standard individual accommodation.

Hotel was clean and I felt safe. The location was very central, lots of food close by and things to entertain you. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Latoya was amazing at check in. Olepecia so friendly at check out. And Cristina was friendly with conversation. Would recommend this hotel to others!

I do not have any complaints.

I've stayed here a few times now and I love the location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is perfect for my needs, a bed, a shower and a place to prepare food. Rooms are always clean and even supply basic toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo, conditioner and even have qtips and cotton balls.

The shower didn't have much water pressure and to take a hot shower I had to basically turn off the cold. The bed this time around was not as comfortable, causing me to toss more than usual.

Very clean room with comfortable accommodation. The room was as pictured in the photos. The staff were warm, welcoming & helpful.

The bathroom & window are positioned right at the walkway outside of the room. Anyone passing would be able to hear you inside the shower/ flushing the toilet. There were also a few mosquitoes that were inside the room. They perhaps entered while the room was being prepared.
