Very clean, nicely appointed, modern style building, low stress parking, nice people. Good breakfast. Beds comfortable. Easy to get anywhere in the city and nice for university -hospital destination stays. Aside from minor issues listed separately a nice, good value stay. Would come again.

Minor things: no one did our room after our first night and we all swam, then showered so ended up realllly low on towels second morning. Someone set off the fire alarm quite late one night. I imagine that is rare though. Elevators slow or disorganized, so a lot of elevator waiting. Room: “suite” has very short ponywall then sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. The microwave -fridge area is basically a blank hall could have had some more coat -bag hooks or shelves or something. Pool location means walking across the edge of the lobby to the elevators, so there’s a constant puddle track into elevator, make sure to bring flip flops and a coverup. Hot tub closed when there, pool looks smaller than pictured but fine, 4 foot deep.

The room was large, modern, pristine, and very quiet - hardly heard anyone coming and going from their rooms. I was surprised by the variety, locations, and quantity of outlets dedicated to charging personal electronics.

WiFi was adequate, but not great. This was a strange contrast, a contradiction to what a person would reasonably assume, considering the number of modern charging outlets. The same can be said for the television system: it's somewhat archaic to explore the hotel's television channel subscription on a printed card, then punch the numbers in on the remote. But these oddities wouldn't deter returning to this hotel.

The breakfast had a variety of hot foods or one have cereal, fruit or toast! Great breakfast.

Everything met our needs except the bathroom. If guests are staying longer than one night staff should have checked if an extra roll of toilet paper or box of Kleenex is needed. Makeup removal Pkgs. when we used our cups for coffee our cups were not replaced . Should have been checked yo see if the guests needed extra toilet pspe

The breakfast was great

Didn't get any notice that the hot tub was broken, TV was acting up the entire time, did call down and was told 'it was probably just the channel' even though I took a picture of what the screen was showing and once I see it happening on other channels I just figured they'd not help since they didn't even look at the cables in the TV. Also kinda sucks there isn't a restaurant attached or take out menus on places close by.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms

Slow elevator and the doors to the rooms have to be pushed to shut due to the thing on the bottom of the door. I think it would be helpful to remind people at check in to pull or push their door shut to make sure it is closed properly. It was a bit strange that there was no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast bar was there but no lounge or restaurant.

Thank you for the amazing staff, I am grateful they were able to assist me and everyone was kind and helpful all the way. Kudos to cleaning staff too. Clean and comfortable stay. There was oatmeal, sugar, walnuts - great for us plant based folks. Thanks!

I was in Saskatoon for a work trip at the Canadian Light Source and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was the perfect hotel for my needs. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I never had problems with parking even if I was there during a sports weekend.

The only part that was not ideal was that all the plates and cutlery at breakfast were disposable. This seemed entirely unnecessary and resulted in a lot of waste.

It was clean, the room is in great condition, it had a decent breakfast and the beds were incredibly comfortable

As silly as it is we went there because it's a pet friendly hotel, and then were frustrated by the dog that barked non stop for 2 days. Not the fault of the hotel, but be aware that it's pet friendly.

Breakfast was amazing, pool and hot tub were great, rooms were so comfortable, temperature, beds, cleanliness was all excellent. It was pet friendly, which was a bonus for us, but still very clean even though there were dogs.

View was not good. But otherwise everything else was, and the view wasn’t that important to me

Breakfast needs to improve. But it’s close. Just some better fresh fruit options, maybe some fruit compote for the pancakes, better quality eggs. It’s not far off.
