I had to book an emergency stay after my flight was canceled. Booked easily thru Booking.com, contacted the hotel for a ride to the hotel, which was an Uber and arrived very quickly. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The whole experience from the time my flight was canceled to being in my room was less than 1 hour. Fantastic.

This is an extended stay hotel, so I get that there will be workers coming in and out at all hours, but it was a little disturbing when evening shift people got in at 12:30 AM and were talking loudly in the hallways. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The price was VERY reasonable, the staff very nice & helpful, it’s located close to everything, the whole place is clean and kept up as well as the room and a kitchenette in the room was especially nice!!!!

We did NOT appreciate the barking dog in the lobby/hallway at 1:00 in the morning and to no fault of the hotel, we did NOT appreciate the inconsiderate loud talking of some other guests throughout the night & early morning!

Location was great, quiet surroundings

The room next to ours had a loud TV going late at night and the desk clerk did not want to address the issue because that guest was long term. The TV was loud all night and was still going at 3am. This kind of thing needs to be addressed and all hotel guests treated as equally important regardless of length of stay

The common areas and room was clean. The coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh. We checked in on Friday around 3pm and the host was very friendly and inviting. The host over the weekend was more reserved and didn’t really greet any of the guest when they came in.

Very friendly nice staff! We were in town from Oak Creek, WI for Monday night Packers Game and the staff were very informative about what time the bus comes to pick us up for the game. Super fast check in and check out! Very clean! Property smelled really good!

Hands down, this is the nicest Extended Stay I have ever stayed at! Everything about the room and kitchen was outstanding! Very close to the airport; however, you do not hear the planes flying by.... I was pleasantly surprise and will stay here again! I was speechless!!!

The ladies at the front desk.... Maybe it's just area, but when I arrived they both just looked at me like I was some foreign creature - like what are you doing here???? There was no hello or welcome to our establishment....???? Being a small town, I was expecting a little more friendliness but oh well... my stay was amazing!

I am sorry I did not get the name of the woman who checked me in but she was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the little kitchenette was a bonus.

The only thing I can think of really that I would have changed is some sort of night light in the bathroom that way it's not totally dark in the middle of the night when you get up

It has like a full kitchen.

The 2 beds were different. One was stiff which was nice but the other one was springy. The hair dryer looked like someone threw coffee on it n was never cleaned up or replaced. Also the bottom of the freezer was not cleaned.

We've been staying at this location for years 1st booking where I didn't get the room I booked. Staff would not accommodate the type of room I booked. The room was on the 1st floor window would not lock and the toilet continued to run.

We were upgraded to a king room upon our arrival. Very clean, updated room. Friendly staff. Even though many people staying for long term housing, it was quiet and halls were clean. Good value.

No breakfast but we were aware of that at booking. Not a major issue. Rear Parking lot and back stairwell a little dirty with some trash.
