It's a lovely place! I stayed here for 4 nights, the room was really cozy and clean. The owners are very polite and friendly. The corridor is equipped with a kettle, cutlery, cups, coffee and tea. Easy access to public transport, the area is very walkable too. It's really great that there is a convenience store around 220 meters away :)

Renowated appartments, very neat, hosts is very nice old lady who speaks decent English or understands Ukranian :) Free tea/coffe/milk. very nice renowated kitchen with 2 fridges is available for guests. Terrace is also very cosy for lunch break or coffee break.

Access to private parking was not too easy (to open gate you need to stop car, go inside to reception, click to open, ride in, go inside to close the gate). Also parking place is limited and sometime it may happen that owner of villa needs to drive away and so your car will need to be moved (minor thing but still). However street parking seems to be safe and street is wide to provide it. So perhaps no need in private parking. Intenet in general is good, however you need to log in every time you leave wifi zone. Also it didn't work for my old PC with Windows 7

The exterior photo does not do justice, the inside, the outside courtyard, are each beautiful and relaxing and a perfect place to start your morning from. The hotel had a recent and full esthetically modern remodel through every aspect. It feels like a large and spacious custom modern home. It's a safe facility with electronic locks to get in the front gate and high security keys for both the front door and your room giving you a peace of mind I don't find at most hotels anymore. Additionally, they have security cameras in the hallways to document behavior of concerning.and discourage it. Operationally, it's run professionally with a real effort to overcome people carrying a foreign language. Special needs are asked about in an effort to help make the traveler's stay more comfortable and successful. They have figured out how to do so many things well and better than giant brand hotels, I will now be looking for the bed and breakfast feel for future stays. Oh, and I almost forgot the big surprise... the breakfast which starts on check-in when asked about allergies and preference, including the time I wanted to sit-down. An amazing chef prepared experience, not like these crappy Continental breakfasts found in most hotels. I almost hate to give such a good review because I know where I'll be trying to stay on my next trip to Warsaw . Enjoy TJ

I can't think of anything about the property I didn't like, It was just far enough away from the airport there was no discernible noise, I never heard anything from another guest except at breakfast when everybody was cordial. And I even found a great market just a block down the road to replenish supplies before my departure.

Very nice staff, very relaxed and helpful people. Close to lidl, carefour and zabka.

It is a bit far like 1hr bus to the old town. But the bus stop very close.

Great couple leading this hotel. Very friendly, warm and you feel like visiting family or grandparents. Good luck!

The communication was easy even with a language barrier. More importantly, it felt homey. The beds were soft, the shower was great, and the best part was the homemade breakfast. It was delicious and tasted amazing. Our host was friendly, welcoming and kind. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Warsaw.

I just need to clarify where parking is allowed after hours on the website or work reservation. This was not an issue though.

Be ready - it's quite far from city center. My room also was a little bit "needed to refresh", but it was no problem for me.

My WIZZ flight got cancelled no surprise there, so I came back to stay another night. My experience was excellent as noted in first review. The owner was amazing, she let me come early. You don't get that kind of service at the big hotels. Unless you play during their designed 2 hour upcharge window.

No problems no issues no surprises.

Except airplane noise its quiet area. Clean facilities. Nice host.
