My partner and I recently stayed at the Mercure Warszawa Ursus during our trip to Warsaw for Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour, and it was the perfect choice for our Swiftie adventure! The "Swifties" board at the entrance was an adorable touch that got us even more excited for the concert. It was clear that the hotel staff understood the excitement surrounding the event, and it made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of our stay was the early check-in option. After a long journey and with the concert just around the corner, we were thrilled to be able to check in early and freshen up. To our surprise and delight, we were even offered an upgrade! This kind gesture was much appreciated and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The staff at Mercure Warszawa Ursus were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They seemed genuinely excited to host fellow Swifties, and their enthusiasm was contagious. Every interaction we had with them was a pleasure. They were always ready to assist and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel's location was another highlight. Whether we were heading to the show or exploring the city, the hotel's prime location made everything easily accessible. As for the amenities, they were top-notch. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing the perfect place to relax before and after the concert. We can't wait to return for our next adventure and would highly recommend Mercure Warszawa Ursus to anyone visiting Warsaw, especially fellow Swifties!

I booked a stay at Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station for my partner, and she had a wonderful experience for the second time! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing her to check in early, which she really appreciated after a long journey. She loved how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and her room was modern, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location is ideal, which made getting around Warsaw super easy for her. She had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be returning for future visits!

Me and my friend came to Warsaw for the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel overall was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful with everything, they gave us lots of recommendations for getting to the stadium and exploring the city. We were also able to leave our luggage there for a few hours while the check in was ready at no extra cost. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a great time! Everything was beautifully decorated with an amazing attention to detail! The location is not very central, but there is a train station right in front of the hotel, as well as a bus station down the street which got us to the city centre in no time since the polish transportation system is one of the best. We have nothing but amazing words towards this hotel and the whole experience! We would definitely come back!

Stayed here for Taylor Swifts the Eras Tour. Extremely pleasant experience! Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Price/quality-wise an amazing choice. Stayed here for two nights and could have definitely stayed a couple more. Location is a bit far away from the city center but ubers/taxi's are available. Also, once you figured out how public transport works, it is also fairly easy to take public transportation to the city centre. Nice bar in the hotel lobby.

This property was beautiful , very clean and quiet considering how huge this hotel is . The staff were lovely and the rooms are amazing . There is a suana within the hotel which was also great , we contacted reception after 8pm and they switched it in for us so that we could use the facility . I think the is a very under rated hotel and doesn’t get enough praise

Excellent noise isolation of the room - there is really quiet and calm. Very good breakfast with local specialities. Convenient transit to downtown Warsaw as the train station is really 5 minutes away.

I was really surprised that a 4-star hotel does not provide in the rooms slippers and bathrobes. Also, the huge, fixed bottles of toiletry (the content was really good, though) are looking cheap and not 4 stars.

Pretty much everything - the room, the front-desk and cleaning staff, the gym and a broad variety of breakfast options.

Some members of the breakfast/restaurant team could use a bit of customer service training as they seem utterly bored and displeased with their job.

Very nice, spacious rooms with all you need: microwave, dishes, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Air conditioning of course... Spotlessly clean as well! Tasty breakfast with healthy foods such as fresh fruit - vegetables juices, chia seeds dessert, salads etc. 24 hour reception and staff always ready to help. We traveled by car, so it was a perfect location for us - not too far from city centre.

Very comfortable room: big enough, with kitchen corner, TVm Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. I stayed there only for one night after the concert but I really took a rest. Check out time at 12 p.m. is very helpful during the weekend.

The location is out of the city centre, but if you are looking for a place to stay in that particular district is a great choice.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The lobby is large and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed with a small dog, and there were no issues. A small fee was charged for the pet. While the location may seem daunting at first, it is actually quite convenient. The hotel is easily accessible by car and is located near the airport.
