I liked all the staff who look after me on the first floor. They were very nice and helpful whenever I needed them. The apartment had everything new and clean. Next to apartment there was a bus stop and you could go to the city centre; there were restaurants, shops and cafes and even massive park where I liked to walk in.

It was noisy outside (but it was mostly due to temporary road works at the time)

Very comfy, good size apartment (with the balcony). Kettle, cooker, kitchen equipment provided. Anything you need go prepare a nice meal. Iron provided as well.

Only small things to improve: broken toilet roll holder, missing shower cosmetic holder. As there is no room cleaning included, would be great to have brush and dust pan in every room.

The room was nice and comfortable. And the actual stay was pleasant and convenient with the distance from the concert hall being only 20 mins on foot. For the price I think it was a good place to stay for 2 nights.

Administration was very unorganised. I could not get into my room. During the online check-in I was not sent my room number or the code so I asked for the code myself but did not realise I had no room number. I arrived at 8pm so I had to ring them asking about it. It was solved very quickly with just a single call and the lady on the phone was very polite. I got all the information I needed, BUT please remember if you are going to stay here ask them to send you your room number AND the code to it over on booking.com or WhatsApp since it will save you a lot of problems, even if this is something they should sort out themselves.

The studio is really nice and clean, it has everything you need for a longer stay (kitchen, washing machine, etc) The location is also pretty nice.

There is no AC in the room, so I had to sleep with the open windows and there’s a very loud highway right infront of the building. So sleeping was a bit of an issue. The building hallways smell like shawarma, cause there’s a shawarma cafe downstairs. The pillows could have been better, they have zero support

There was no staff on the arrival and I had no codes emailed to me which was a cause of stress but other than that everything was good. The place was nice, quite clean, except bathroom window which I don't mind. The lack of hob was a disappointment for me cos I had to eat out and i had no time to do it or wish to do it between my doctor appointments as my trip was purely to see neurology and physiotherapy as I can't walk long distances. I will come back for sure

Modern clean apartments in nice new part of town. Online checkin with detailed instructions. Parking underground with 2.2m height limit, costs 50zl per day and is booked through online checkin, but it requires a person to message you, so i advise to make the request in advance

Kitchen is not worth much, there is a stove, kettle, some pots and pans, etc. But we were missing either microwave or an oven and also a sponge to wash dishes.

It was in a good area , clean , There was zabko market nearby , restaurants- different types - even the building it self had a restaurant , the most important was to have the morning coffee at early morning . There is a tram in front of the place , that makes the Transportation from the place of stay to city centre more easy . Cool area around .

Everything was absolutely top-notch. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything you need is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re staying for business or leisure. Highly recommend it to everyone who appreciates quality and comfort!

The apartment was big clean & good location

The staff wanted to charge me because I couldn't open The door with the key and they were supposed to give me the right code! Of course I didn't pay it was NOT MY FAULT.
