Staff: Incredibly sweet, helpful, and caring, always ready to greet guests with a smile on their face :) Rooms: We were 4 adults and fit very comfortably in the family room. The family room is two connecting bedrooms with one bathroom. The rooms were very clean, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had great amenities. The ACs also worked very well. Being able to control the temperature in the connecting rooms separately was a huge plus for us. We greatly appreciated the cleaning services that took place daily and the new bottles of water we found daily. Hotel: Very clean, modern, spacious, beautiful common areas Breakfast: Very flexible, can either buy while booking, or pay daily. Breakfast options were very good too, had buffet options plus a la carte options too Location: Very central and easy to get to Overall would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Warsaw!

Tastefully decorated hotel in classic art deco style, recently renovated and exuding period elegance. Located just next to the Copernicus monument and moments from a huge range of restaurants and cafes on one of Warsaw's most famous streets. Within a 10-15 minute walk of some major sight-seeing and shopping spots. Whilst central, the hotel is just tucked away enough so you don't step out onto a busy main road of cars/trams (which is important to me). The staff were superb. I had a problem on the evening of my arrival and Lena, the receptionist on duty at the time, resolved it with sincerity and efficiency. The staff at breakfast were also very attentive. Breakfast had a good buffet selection with a varied range of beautifully-presented, made-to-order dishes. Comfortable, well-appointed, elegant room and bathroom. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. Super-clean, and quiet in the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

The lift was a bit slow, but not to the point of spoiling one's stay.

I was put in a wheelchair room for some reason, I'm not disabled and booked half a year in advance. The SOS button is right next to the light switch that I kept hitting. Made the evening annoying.

Hotel is new, clean and very nice. I booked without breakfast so I don’t review it. As per first visitors, they gave us complimentary drinks, which was pleasant. Area is great, walking street to old town and dozens of cafes. Rooms are perfect, excellent bed and pillow, size is good, soap and shower gel is by Rituals (which is also very nice) Complimentary water, tea and coffee.

A bit complicated situation with traffic and parking. Also some minor issues that were quickly resolved.

Great Location. Huge rooms. Very comfortable beds. Fastest WiFi I have ever seen in any hotel room, ever. I got around 300 mbps downloads. It was quite incredible. The gym was nice as well. Surprisingly, it has no mirrors.

We had reserved 2 rooms and in one of the rooms - the bathroom smelt like sewage. The bathroom was really clean, but had a smell that was exactly like sewage. My guess is that the plumbing had a leak somewhere behind the wall or some such. It was a very specific issue to a very specific room. The other room was perfectly fine. We asked for a change of rooms and the replacement room we got was fine. We got the replacement room without questions.

Our room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Extensive range of options at breakfast. Very friendly concierge. Good TV Gym was well equipped Good area, close to lots of restaurants

Our room had a strange musty smell every time we entered it. We didn’t notice it after a few minutes but it wasn’t exactly pleasant. Our room had two large windows, with no way of blocking the light coming in because they were on the slanted roof/ceiling. I imagine this would be an especially big problem in summer, but even in winter the light from street lights/nearby buildings was very annoying and made it difficult to get to sleep.

The location is perfect for first-time tourists in Warsaw. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, fresh fruit, and a nice selection of cheeses. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly every person we met was genuinely kind and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Very clean room and bathroom.

We booked a regular-size room and were disappointed. It had only one armchair and a tiny coffee table, so small I doubt a regular plate could fit on it. If we wanted to have lunch in the room together, there was simply no place for both of us to put our plates. For the price we paid, this setup was absurd.

We had an exceptional stay in this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect - an easy 15 minute walk into the centre of the old town, and in a quiet location. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and the very comfortable bed deserves a special mention. The pillows were excellent, and the duvet and sheets were soft and of a high quality. The bathroom was large, with plenty of space for toiletries and make up bags, and we appreciated all the luxury extra's like the Nespresso coffee machine including pods, Rituals toiletries, enough space and hangars for our clothes, and plugs next to each side of the bed. The airconditioner was quiet and worked perfectly too. The Reception staff were also friendly and kind, and we appreciated the very attentive Concierge too.

The location was right between the old town and the Nowy Swiat, it was an easy walk to either direction. The hotel is off the main road so it was quieter. Warsaw has designated stops for taxis, and there was one across the street so it was convenient when we booked Bolt taxi. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Toilet and bath had lots of space and with modern amenities. We loved best the breakfast. We were always in early so there was great attention from the wait staff. The avocado toast was perfect, I think ordered everyday. The buffet spread has good choices and well presented. The guy by the elevator was very helpful and very courteous, always with a ready smile. I needed an area for an emergency online meeting and he gave me a quiet corner. He also helped us with how we were doing our itinerary for the day with some helpful tips.

Hmm, can't think of any. Maybe the elevator was slow. But it really isn't much an issue.
