For the price paid, this is excellent value. The hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff are super friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. Facilities are great, location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious, we were on the top floor and had a great view. A nice little extra is that they did a turn-down service which was brilliant. We'd come back to the room in the day to find it cleaned, and then after coming back in the evening they'd returned and tidied up everything, left out slippers etc - very nice touch.

We didn't come to Warsaw for in-room dining, but if you did want it, just be warned it's very pricey.

This hotel is gorgeous. Not just the rooms but the rest of the hotel too - every area is beautifully appointed and so elegant. The restaurant served great food, the bar was fantastic, the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, and the BYREDO amenities were a very welcome touch!

I wish we had stayed longer!

Absolutely nothing to dislike

This hotel was a great location, super clean, flowers everywhere. The breakfast was wonderful. Took a taxi both ways to train station. Definitely would stay here again!

The concierge team was absolutely fantastic – and the rest of the hotel staff were also incredibly helpful and professional.

The booking process through central Customer Relations was honestly a terrible experience – slow, unhelpful, and not accommodating. We simply wanted to use the sofa bed in our suite for a family member (our “snorer”), but they insisted on charging us around 1000 SEK, which felt completely unreasonable. Thankfully, the wonderful staff at Hotel Bristol solved the issue smoothly on site, and we are very grateful for their professionalism and service.

staff were great. buffet and breakfast was wonderful. location can't beat it. cafe food was excellent - we ate there everyday. perfect place as we realized we would not have liked staying in the city itself and were so grateful we chose this hotel. very memorable and made for the perfect stay.

the room was fabulous and they upgraded us as it was our 40th wedding anniversary. the room was spacious and had all the basics and some extras, it just wasn't that updated in terms of modern conveniences, but it was a classic charm that we appreciate. not really a downside that we didn't like but

Incredible hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights for the New Year’s Eve and to visit Warsaw and we definitely enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location is unbeatable and the Christmas decorations are just perfect. The staff is very professional. Our room was huge with a great shower. And although the hotel is very central, we slept very well, we didn’t hear noises even with the réveillon party going on. The breakfast buffet was excellent: a lot of choices and a tasty and fresh selection of products. Transfer service from and to the airport also top notch. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet could be open until later and the shower water pressure could be stronger.

Really a splendid hotel with a truly exceptional team. We've stayed at the Bristol serveral times ( and at other top Warsaw hotels) and now probably won't stay anywhere else on our regular trips there. Although the regular breakfast it too much for us we very much enjoy a simpler breakfast in the charming cafe, with its collection of historic Warsaw photos and really excellent coffee. Order a cappucino just to see the marvelous design created in the foamed milk.

The point is we like everything about this hotel.
