Good location close to a tram station with many restaurants and żabkas nearby. Shower was good with nice water pressure and the fridge in the room was very useful. Our window/balcony was towards the backyard, so the street noises didn’t bother us.

The door was thin so you could hear everything from the hallway. We didn’t hear anything from other rooms though. There could’ve been a separate liquid soap for the dishes/washing hands since all we got was a small bar of soap and a tube of shower gel. You had to take the trash out yourself which wasn’t necessarily bad, but it was interesting cause we’ve never had to do that anywhere else before.

Overall everything was good. Our room seemed too small but I guess it is normal for the price I paid. There is a small store nearby which is a big plus for me, and the restaurant and bars. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend this place 👍🏻

Location is conveniently near tram stop and there are small grochery stores, restaraunts and cafes within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and looks as it did in the pictures. The shower was excellent (hot water + good water pressure). Our room also had a small balcony which was a nice plus. Reception staff spoke good English (I encountered surprisingly many people in Warsaw who didn't speak any). Overall we had a good stay.

There was a faint smell in the room when we first entered (sewer, I think) but it seemed to fade after running some water. The soundproofing isn't the best—you could hear just about everything from the hallway outside the room. It wasn't a problem for us, since we didn't have any loud neighbours, but could be a bother if you were unlucky and got loud guests in the next room. Occasionally there was tobacco smell being carried into our room. I don't know if somebody was smoking in the rooms near us. The smell also lingered on the hallway. There's only one trash can (in the toilet) and no room cleaning so you may need to empty it yourself. No change of towels (stayed 4 nights so would have been nice).

The location is excellent, there is a tram stop right in front of the door. The tram connects directly to the city centre, so I reached the centre everyday within minutes. There are also a few parks nearby - perfect for running. In addition, there is a grocery shop downstairs and another one around the corner. The room was clean and had everything that I needed to be comfortable for my two week stay. I can highly recommend this place.

The only issue was during the last two nights when the neighbors were noisy.

Good instalation and easy to check in even if you arrive after their reception working time. The apartment is clearn, lots of storage place, even in the bathroom, silence and we got a high floor as requested with a good view to the neighborhood and extra light. When closing the windows, you cannot listen to anything and the heating system is very good. Few meters from a tram station, you can get to city center in 10 ninutes and from there go to anywhere. The location looks like a new neighborhood, with lots of new buildings, roads, bridges and business. There are some convenience stores, restaurants and bakeries all walking distancies.

There were no hangers for the coats, so we had to use the chairs or put them inside the wardrobe Small detail, but putting two, three hangers on the wall would make it more convenient :)

I liked the price, room was comfy and clean. Fridge and kettle is a bonus! Thank you to the kind receptionist who got us a room with a balcony, as we appreciated the breeze. ❤️ It is around 20 mins from the center and the tram and bus stop is right across the road. It said it might be noisy, but we didn’t hear anything. Loads of bakeries and restaurants nearby + Zabka and Biedronka.

Only Polish channels on TV, wish there was at least 1 English channel. Walls are made of paper, could hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING happening within the vicinity of our room. We were woken in the morning by the cleaning cart which sounded like a train going by😂!

Staff - friendly and helpful Comfort- beds were super comfy Shower - hot and powerful Food - there were several food places nearby and a shop next door Facilities in room- fridge, cutlery, cups etc...

Very hard to think of this. Maybe a double duvet rather than 2 single ones.

location is good, just 15 minutes by tram from central station. maybe it is not the area where you spend a lot time being tourist, but it had some places to eat and small supermarket in the same building. room was quiet, clean, newly furbished. I especially liked not being disturbed during stay. there is no cleaning every day, but there is a possibility to order one in case you need. reception has limited working hours, which I haven't seen in the description, but for late arrivals self-check is available and the instructions for that were super clear. and good price

The apartment hotel's location is excellent, very close to the downtown. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Public transportation is available (a streetcar station is located across the street).

It doesn't have air conditioning, especially during the summer. There wasn't even a trash bin or recycling bin.
