Great location — there's a tram stop right in front of the building.

Right at the entrance of the building, there was a front desk with a sign that said 'Wolska Residence'. Two female staff members were there, and when I approached them to ask a question, they responded in an extremely cold and rude manner, saying that this was not the front desk for where I was staying. I was shocked and very upset by their attitude. I really don't understand how they can treat guests like that when the sign clearly says 'Wolska Residence'.

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly; I kindly asked them to let me check in before 2 pm and they were very happy to do it (as I traveled all night and I was very tired). The rooms are just amazing, clean, spacious. Also, amazing customer support and communication .The location is also great because it is very convenient to come from the railway station. Long story short, it was a great experience to stay at this place.

There is some broken furniture…..our sink didn’t drain the water and for Wi-Fi there was a QR code to join it and it did not work and I tried the password on the router itself and it did not work so Wi-Fi did not work at all…error message said “unable to connect to network “ Oh and the strangest thing is that the bathroom has a glass wall …thankfully there was some semi working shades …..

Near the center and stores, paid garage.

We arrived after 21:00, so nobody was at the reception and we had to call to get booked and receive instructions for check in via email. It was relatively quick, though (about 15 min). Same on check out when I called 3 times to discuss how to pay parking - we paid it via email/chat later this day. ---- All in all we addressed everything, just writing this for people who prefer a more classical check in/out experience over modern asynchronous self-service.

Good location, nice transport availability although takes about 20-30 minutes to the city center on public transport and just 13 on uber.

In the bathroom there is a floor to ceiling window with blinds on it but they are broken and in any way you cannot fully close it and it is honestly ridiculous- you don’t want to watch how your friend/partner poop. Parking is too expensive.

Lack of shower gel under the shower, despite mounted container for it (but the sachets with shampoo/gel were provided yet there were impossible to tear open)

It was very clean and easy to find. Perfect for a quick stop in the city.

The code for the door downstairs was hard to put in. A button must be broken because I had to press hard, multiple times for one of the numbers to work.

Easy check in. Great location Good for one night.

The remote control for the T.V didn't work. The apartment was quite small. Ap 444.

Our large dogs were welcome, very polite personal.

There is a child dance studio in the basement in a corridor from parking to elevator, so it was not very convenient to go through this narrow corridor with all the belongings and dogs.

The place looks great, the location was amazing. It’s not city centre, but you’ll find everything you could possibly need in the area: shops, restaurants, pharmacy. I’d recommend to stay there if you’re in need to spend a night someplace.
