Great rooms very quite and good view from 3rd floorb

The staff were definitely not chosen for their personality and not suited at all to the hospitality industry I feel because of lack of any supervision or direction.But if you did ask them to do anything they where very willing .They are just the wrong people for this job.In the 14 days I was there not once did I see anyone from DCamel management visit the Hotel or give the staff training or direction .What a shame as DCamel run the best transfer operation with highly skilled and motivated staff on their boats .They are one of the leading tour operators but in all the time I was staying not once did the staff mentioned would I like to do a tour ...such lost revenue to the company .But this staff are not at all motivated.Such a shame !

It was very cheap and we weren't expecting much, but as a last minute booking it was basic but great. We didn't have towels in one of the rooms but were given them straight away. Nothing fancy but for the price it wasn't going to be deluxe! Aircon was nice and cold. We hired scooters that were organised through them quickly and easily. Close enough to beach and many food places. The pool was lovely too. Surprisingly, nice for the price we paid! The free breakfast was again basic but was tasty and quick.

Nothing really we didn't like but one of our rooms only had sheets as covers but children were happy with that. The other room had a thicker cover, so they were available if needed. One of the rooms smelled of smoking, I think it was more from outside ashtrays not being cleaned out.

Big room and spacious balcony outside to sit and relax. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean to swim in. Great location to walk down the Main Street.

The room had a damp small and the bedding felt sticky and damp. The bathroom sink was covered in rust and wasn’t the cleanest. The room needs some TLC but was perfectly fine to stay in on a budget trip.

Spacious room. Perfect location, close to many dive centers, fastboat departure places, and restaurants. Totally worth the money, one of the cheapest room with best facilities on the island.

Room looks little bit worn out but everything works well actually. Breakfast was literally one piece of bread and an egg but I got it for free so can't really complain

Great location, about 10 mins walk from the harbour, comfortable room, good cheap bike rental available.

Nice room. Good room service. Pool big. Liked happy hour. Good food. Fridge & kettle.

Aircon kept dripping water.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the staff not being friendly, however I was solo travelling and they were extremely nice to me and helpful, no issues at all. location of the hotel is very good it’s 2 minutes from the beach and there’s so many lovely shops and restaurants just down the road.

a little expensive I think for the price but overall it was nice

Breakfast and staff was really nice. Small pool was nice plus to take little morning swim and exercise. Very center of everything, no motorcycle needed.

Balcony was slippery, and 1 spot it looks like ready to collapse.

Big rooms. Shared facilities such as pool great. Good location for getting around.

Our first rooms air con was dripping on to the bed so we got moved upstairs. This room was dirty and bathroom was very stained. WiFi could have been better. We found the staff not very chatty
