Daily cleaned Comfortable beds

Cleaning stuff woke people up by talking loudly in the rooms before 9am Would be better if they start cleaning after check out time

Great location. It's nice that the beds are sepperatet with curtains, so you have some. Privacy. Also like that the backpacks and suitcases are in a sepperatet room. It gets cleaned every day. The beds are very comfortable.

I do not understand why a lot of cleaning stuff comes in so early, like 8. They sometimes were so noisy and talked very loud even though people were still sleeping. My curtains where still Closed and a cleaner just opened it to swipe the floor. As check-out is at 12 it would be great if they start the cleaning later. At the start of my stay they was a very unfriendly women working at the desk.

The beds were comfy and the location was great.

The staff was rude, loud, noisy, and smoking indoors. When asked to be quiet as people were sleeping they just laughed at your face. Not very polite the staff here.

Wonderful place to stay in just two minutes walk from the beach. The staff were really kind, always smiling and ready to help, amazing guys! Nice, quiet and clean environment, spacious room, all the facilities were working properly. The pool was clean and nice. Also they run a resto, the dishes we tasted were perfect and the prices are reasonable. So nothing to complain about. Maybe just Internet speed over wifi that wasn't stable, but the same applies to other properties where we stayed around the Island so that's likely an ISP issue. All in all we had a great time in Nyuh Gading and we will come again for sure. Terima Kasih!

The location was perfect, steps from the beach, cafes, restaurants and warungs. My husband and I stayed in ensuite room Rm 3, the bed was comfy and air-conditioning worked a treat. There are no seats in the room, but the oudoor balcony has seating you could bring in. The shaded common area around the pool was perfect for relaxing in so didn't hang in room. The bathroom is open and did get very hot, we also burnt a mossie coil on the bathroom sill as a deterrent but didnt see any in July. The staff were always attentive and friendly. This is a one stop good value accommodation. Your washing is done here. Water, beer and all meals can be purchased here. Scooters were rented from here. Excursions and onward ferry tickets were bought from here. All with a smile. The hostel area was pretty full and the youngsters staying here were quiet and normally in bed before us oldies! This is not a party hostel but a great place for all ages to feel comfortable staying in.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who smiled all the time. The private rooms are dated but the bed is very comfy, good pillows and effective a/c. This is a hotel so it’s basic but the pool is nice and it’s very good value for money.

Maintenance is not a priority so one bedside light didn’t work and the bathroom door dragged on the floor. The access to the guesthouse is challenging when it rains as the road floods and so does the narrow access path. Plastic shoes are a must.

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for getting off the ferry on the beach. Walkable to heaps of cafes and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Room is very dark and quiet and very comfortable beds!!

They come in and clean the room very early.. Before 9am they are changing sheets and mopping the floor which seems a bit unnecessary. The 20 bed room was basically empty and was disturbed most mornings by the cleaning which didn’t make sense to me.

It was a great for two nights, the room was clean and big, also has a balcony with big space and air conditioner. It was great location because it was close from the harbour, 10 min walk. They help us with the scooter rent and the snorkeling tour, both were nice. The people that work at hotel were very kind and nice 👏

Only it was there were mosquito because the door that separate the toilet with room it was a little bit open. But is a detail. It’s a great hotel.

We are in the private rooms (not dorms) and appreciate the balcony from our room that allows us to see the ocean, which is ~100 feet away. The large open window in the bathroom is also fantastic! You get complete privacy but not the stuffiness that comes from an enclosed bathroom with a small window. At first it seemed odd that the first room you walk into is the bathroom, but then it's completely logical because you can wash your feet/body in the shower before going into your room. Keeps the salt and sand out of the bed. We were super appreciative of that!

Everything! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay on Lembongan. Staying at Nyuh Gading was enjoyable, relaxed in the lounge area on the rainy days and chilled having brunch sunbathing at the pool on the sunny days. They have the kindest, friendliest staff whom provide excellent hospitality. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much ☺️
