love the location beautiful resort on the beach pool with sea view great place to watch sunset pretty pool villas and very well kept pretty walk ways through the villas with flowering trees and soft lighting delicious breakfast included very friendly helpful staff we come back every year and have been coming for several years

it is looking a bit tired the decking needs replacing by the pools and a lick of paint here and there but the staff were busy fixing it while we were there so next year i’m sure it will be perfect

Really nice villas with private pool and very large interior. We also used the gym while we was good, and had a few drinks at the bar during the happy hour which was nice to relax by the beach. Location was good, walkable to eateries which face onto the beach, and along the main road as well.

Minor point - there is a lock to enter the villa but it would be great if the room (interior) itself could have an extra lock. There is security all around the property, so I don't doubt it's safe, but would just be an extra thing to ease your mind.

The location is fantastic and the ease of getting the boat that arrives right in front of the resort is great. Easy walking distance to good restaurants, Curry Traders and Ginger and Jamu are both highly rated.

The rooms are very dated in terms of furnishings.

Location and perfect place for sunset on the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was a little bit tatty round the edges but overall good.

The resort was beautiful and the pool area was amazing. It is located in a great spot on Lembongan between lots of amazing restaurants and has an amazing beachfront with many of the islands cute dogs hanging around.

The resort reached out prior to our arrival, to which I responded and noted that my partner had celiac disease and could only eat gluten free. They never responded but were able to make small breakfast items for her. During Nyepi Day they served her food on a bed of chips that contained gluten and didn’t see the problem, so I think this is one area they could improve on as celiac disease becomes more common

We stayed in the premier pool villa. Nicely appointed and loved having our own pool. The room was quite small but the bed was very comfortable, air con worked well but was loud. Toilet was a bit stained but otherwise the bathroom was fabulous (HUGE shower)! Breakfast was great, lots of options and really tasty. The other meals were good but better, cheaper options close by - Lemongrass next door is wonderful! Perfect location on the beautiful beach one way and the Main Street on the other. No issues with road noise but the roosters do love to start up early. I imagine that would be the same anywhere on the island as there are lots of roosters. Staff very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Great beachfront location however some of the rooms are closer to the road so a bit of a walk from pool/beach. Breakfast was good. Eggs cooked to your liking and normal self serve sides. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Close to shops, massage and restaurants. Easy access to beach. The pool in our villa was very clean and nice and cool.

We did have an issue with internet connection in our room which we reported the day we arrived. It took several days to repair despite multiple times reporting. Our Premier Pool Villa was a good size. The rooms are starting to look a little worn and tired and could do with a bit of a refresh and there was an awful smell coming from sink and drains in bathroom.

The property location was great It was clean Food was good Staff fantastic Great relaxing spot Like it as it only has 47 villas so more of a boutique feel not to many people

The main thing is that they need to spend some money on maintenance Upgrading the render and paintwork inside the villa walls ie needs a refresh as looks old and tired. The timber decking around the pool needs to be fixed or replaced as a lot of the timber planks were sticking up therefore dangerous as you will trip on it Plus the paving needs fixing Pool in the villa needs the tiles to be replaced were required and needs the tile grout replaced in a few spots

Beautiful resort on a stunning beach. Loved our stay here. Room was amazing, private pool, clean and warm. Wifi good. Lots of storage and fully equipped with everything we needed, reception brought iron for us too. Staff were so helpful and friendly, very professional. They collected us from the boat drop by golf buggy, helped us organise all transfers and made my birthday fabulous with decorations, balloons in our room and arranged a floating breakfast basket in the pool, with my husband. Always clean towels and plenty sunbeds available around the beach/pool area and the communal pool was warm and never busy. Great music played by the beach every day. Afternoon teas every day were a lovely treat. Breakfast had everything you could imagine, local dishes, fruit, western food and toast/croissants/cakes. The chef served fresh cooked eggs any way you liked and omelettes. There were always staff busying around keeping the grounds tidy and well maintained. Had a free 15 minute massage included in our stay which was a lovely surprise and very good too. Super little village main street with plenty of food options and local bars on the beach. Few shops and many convenience stores. Many of the restaurants will pick you up and drop you back if you whatsapp them. Mickey's bar opposite was super for drinks and some live music, everything closes by about 11pm so no late night noise. Lots of diving schools around and boat activities as you can imagine. We did a private island tour which was well worth it and you also see you are staying in the best part of the island too.

Only negative we found food and drinks were expensive compared to surrounding establishments which was a shame as the BBQ's and music evenings around the pool/restaurant area could have been better attended. Highly recommend, wouldn't stay anywhere else

Although the private pool was small, it was great for a cooling dip or a few laps for fitness. The privacy of the villa made it feel more like your own apartment rather than a room in a hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable with good linens and everything was clean and in good order. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast choices excellent and rotated so you weren't stuck with the same thing every morning. We enjoyed the weekly satay bbq at the hotel, but ate out most nights as the local area had a wide choice of cuisines at affordable prices. The hotel was well situated within easy reach of shops, restaurants and centres for all watersports making it an excellent location for those who like a wander outside the grounds.

Although the supplied body wash, shampoo and body lotion were excellent and plentiful,, hair conditioner was not available..... All in all very hard to think of anything to dislike about this beautiful hotel.
