Beautiful thatched Balinese Hut.Pretty gardens,pool and cafe.Friendly staff and handy location to beach and shops.

The property needs some basic maintenance….lightbulbs missing,toilet seat loose,reported but not fixed during our stay of 4 days.We paid extra to include breakfast,it was very basic…no butter…stewed tea and coffee…not a huge problem,just disappointing…as the Resort presented so well on the booking site.

I liked the location of the property. Although the island of Nusa Lembongan is pretty small it does take a while to walk places so the location was ideal as it was in the middle of a built up busy area. I also liked that it was a hut. I liked the thatched roof and the bedroom being upstairs with a balcony. The mini fridge was a nice touch too. Additionally the inside/outside area downstairs was pretty cool.

I’m a pretty light sleeper so although it was cool staying in a luxury hot, you could hear everything outside including some very loud birds. Keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper! I’d suggest also having a mirror in the bedroom, there was only one in the bathroom so you’d need to go downstairs to the bathroom every time you needed a mirror. The lighting in the bedroom was also quite dim (small bedside lamp) so perhaps an additional light source would be good. The aircon in my room was also white intermittent but i think that was due to the remote needed new batteries. Some small touches would help but honestly I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were really nice.

I was so happy when I arrived. The huts are beautiful and I felt like it was a real steal for what I paid. It has just what you need, and not anything more. It was conveniently located on the main road, so it was easy for tour pickups and drop off, but just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Tons of stuff located around it, including an electronics shop which was a lifesaver. The staff was incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed, which was invaluable, particularly when my phone wasn’t working correctly.

The one thing I did not like was the bathroom facilities. They’re located on the bottom floor of the hut, and the bedroom is located on the second floor. The stairs are steep and dicey in the dark. Also, as a woman on my own, I didn’t like the way the bathroom itself was set up. There was a six inch gap near the doorway where anyone could see into the bathroom very easily. The bathroom does not lock from the outside either, and the way the cabinet is set up, it blocks off an area from your line of sight until you’re all the way into the room. That is also a problem for me in the dark when I’m traveling on my own. There are likely many people this would not bother, but it did bother me, despite the high rating I gave the property overall.

The apartments are amazing, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The cabin was surrounded by plants and nature and this made our stay very relaxing. The pool is super clean and it was never busy. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and close to the beach. Highly recommended!

The water from the shower and the sink was a bit salty and the breakfast take some time to be ready, so if you are planning some early morning activities be sure to be there some time in advance

We had a great stay at Sukanusa. Muriana and Wayan were very smiley, making everything very simple and organized. The room was cleaned everyday, at the right moments we used to leave the room. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the private pool was cleaned every morning, and the staff was available early in the morning to late in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very original, something very typical and calm ; we loved it. Thank you again for receiving us !

The room was good. AC worked well ,bed comfortable. Pool was great. Good size for swimming. Good location a few minutes walk to beach and restaurants on the doorstep but still quiet at night. Owner very helpful.

Walk down to bathroom and shower ( which could have been fresher ) at night. Breakfast not great, no fruit or juice on offer

It is central, very quiet and sooooo relaxing, away from the crowds. I love the individual huts that are so easy to chill out in. Staff very friendly and new clean pool. The spa had fantastic masseuse, really excellent.

I would have liked a more varied breakfast, with fruit, coconut water or the possibility of western coffee.

We had a fantastic stay here! We especially loved the outdoor space like the balcony, perfect for relaxing and playing games. The location was also great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a beach a 5-10 minute walk away. The staff were lovely and really helpful, and very attentive. If you want any tours or taxis they are also very helpful!

Initially we were concerned about a few minor aspects of the facilities that needed a bit of looking after — for example, the doors were tricky to lock and unlock (we did get used to this but it wasn’t ideal). The bathroom is downstairs (which is a bit tricky at night) and slightly basic but was absolutely fine and cleaned every day. The mosquito nets didn’t fit around the bed (this might be because we had a twin room not a double). The last thing is that the wifi didn’t work, and from the reviews, it seems like this has been the case for a while! Overall these were very minor things and we really enjoyed our stay and would go back for another visit. Last note: it can be a bit noisy if other guests are loud, as the huts are understandably not soundproofed.

The swimming pool, nice and helpfull staff, comfy beds. The rooms got cleaned everyday. The property/ garden look beautiful. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel could improve by putting a trash can in every room, maybe a fan on the bottom deck. And someway to air out the bathroom after shower. Maybe a fan or something. If you are sensitive to noise or dust. You might not wanna stay here because it’s basically like sleeping in a tent.

staff were amazing, and so friendly and helpful. loved my stay here and honestly dont have anything to fault. rooms were comfortable and felt like a little bali getaway! I will be back again sometime soon and will definitely be booking back here again
