Loved the beachfront location. But the trade off is the boat transfer (Rocky's) drop you off in laneway then you have to drag your suitcase thru the sand looking for hotel entrance & same leaving (did ask for a trolly or help to get suitcase to start of laneway but staff they just said No & looked away 😞) Being in our 60's we struggled but managed But location ✅ breakfast ✅ beds a little hard & sheets didn’t feel freshly washed but think that's how traditional accom seem to do it. So if you have Mobility issues no street access so something to keep in mind. Stayed 5 nights and would come again purely for beach location at a bargain price.

The room located on the 1st floor, was well furnished, bright, spacious and very clean. The bed was very confortable and the Ac worked well, We maybe missed having 1 extra bed table and light maybe ( only one provided). the small fridge & boiler in the room are very convenient. The room was cleaned daily what is kind of rare in Lembongan and much appreciated The swiming pool overlooking the beach and the sea is very nice as well as the breakfast.

the propety itself is nice and i would definitly recommend it to visitors (well located, clean, swiming pool) However, we are early beders and we very much appreciate quiet places. The next door property has a restaurant with music and life music daily and even if not until too late, for us and the way we are, it did not super feel good but still the place is nice and well taken care of.

Best location to be in right on the main beach on Nusa Lem. The infinity pool on the beach is wonderful here. You walk from this villa hotel to the other places along the beach and it’s just magical staying on Nusa Lem. But luxury travelers beware that this and most other properties are very casual and kind of like a nicer version of a treehouse, very basic stay if you want to stay on this island. But Linda Beach is the best place you can get along this beach strip in my opinion having stayed twice now. The Much more expensive place next door…is Not worth the money. Stay at Linda!

The location was excellent - right on the beach with easy access to surf and swimming, and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The kids loved the beachfront pool. The staff were super friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was really reasonable also, and my son says they had the best cheeseburger on the island.

One of our bathrooms had a musty smell, and a few tiles missing from the pool, but for the pricepoint we thought this place was really great value for money.

Incredible location right on the beach, beautiful pool and great cocktails! We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant too. The stairs are steep, sure, but maybe not as big a deal as previous reviews have made them seem (for the majority of travellers at least). Just request a ground floor room if you’re concerned.

Bathrooms in need of some maintenance but perfectly functional - not a major concern.

Located right in the beach this hotel was the perfect choice for our two night stay. The staff were great. Nothing was a bother. Nice pool looking out to the sea. Food was good too. Air conditioning worked really well. Room has a fridge and kettle, but only a sachet of coffee provided. No tea for those who enjoy a cuppa. Breakfast was good with eggs, toast, tea or coffee, juice and fruit. We thought it was good value for money

Hot water was hit and miss. Only had one hot shower. Rooms could do with a bench or something to put bags on as there is only one small table provided and we were always looking for somewhere to put things.

Most of all, we were charmed by the super location of the hotel. It is located right next to a beautiful beach where you can sunbathe all day or have a drink or maybe dinner there. If you want to go to the "main" street with shops or restaurants, you are there in two minutes. The pool right by the beach is also fantastic. It is very clean, has a pleasant temperature and a zone for non-swimmers. The restaurant is right by the pool, but you can also order on the beach. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean, the air conditioning is efficient. The staff is professional, always ready to help.

Breakfast could be richer. The bathrooms in the rooms could use renovation. The stairs to the upstairs rooms are a bit steep but if you are careful it is OK.

Location perfect, close to everything. Only a small hotel, so it was quiet. Rooms clean and good size, beds comfortable. Staff were beautiful very willing to assist. Loads of great restaurants all nearby. Shipwrecks surf break straight out front. Food at Linda’s was great, staff were awesome. Another highlight is just spending the afternoon sitting in pool or on beach watching sunset.

Bathrooms could do with an update. But still worked for us just fine.
