This hotel is excellent value for money. Very quiet, short walk to the beach and main road where there are plenty of restaurants, room are large, clean, bed comfy. Amazing view from third floor rooms and lovely balcony. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, tea, coffee, juice, eggs and toast and fruit. Wifi is slow BUT this is an issue across the island not to do with the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here.

A minor issue was clean towels don’t get delivered from the laundry until late in the day which is a bit annoying when you get back from hot day out and want to shower. But recommend packing extra towels when going to the island.

The proximity to the beach, local restaurants, bars and shops was superb. Very useful pool to use when not at the beach. Air conditioning worked great and also very nice to have a fridge in the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly as we arrived much later than expected and they were still waiting for us. Past reviews have mentioned no fresh towels, but if you request they are more than happy to provide them for you.

Very little to not like. The only thing to note is the wifi can be temperamental, but we really didn’t come to sit on phones/computers.

Lovely, spacious clean rooms. Great sized bathrooms. Good air con. Comfortable beds and pillows. Handy mini fridge in the rooms. Decent sized, clean pool. Pretty good breakfast every morning. Staff mostly pretty friendly and helpful

- the wifi! Unfortunately it dropped out continuously, even though there were a few networks to choose from. I think it’s more the island’s infrastructure though, rather than the hotel’s problem. - the “desk” wasn’t useable. It was more like a bookshelf. Luckily there’s plenty of great cafes to work from (however wifi is just as unpredictable and unreliable)

The location was central to the beach clubs and main strip. The staff were extremely friendly too. We hired a scooter from the accommodation for 3 days. This allowed us to explore the island and to take the yellow bridge to Cenigan Island. We wish we could have stayed longer.

One night we didn’t have any water. We were on the third floor. I can only imagine this can be a problem at certain times and probably not the hotel’s fault given the infrastructure and village culture of the island. This did not ruin our stay at all.

Receptionist with glasses was great, helpful and professional. Another receptionist was staring a bit too much at me and my body but I told that to the boss who was nice. Location is great, pool is nice, bed comfortable. The owners also have a surf school which is very nice :)

Bathroom leaks like crazy and its very annoying because the dirt from your sandy feet gets everywhere and since you dont get new towels daily its just messy. Also ive been told that security is there throughout the night but for example today at 5 am, there was no one. But the area is safe. Breakfast was mid

Located very centrally in Jungu Batu area close to the main beach , restaurants and shops. Spacious, clean and light rooms, friendly and helpful staff. This accommodation exceeded my expectations.

I was on the ground floor, which I like, however in the room facing the reception and entrance, you can see out and everyone coming in can see in. Not a major issue, sheer curtains to draw during the day would remedy, bonus was a lovely pool view.

Lovely small hotel. Centrally located. Lovely staff more than willing to assist Nice complimentary breakfast. Refreshing clean pool. We had 2 x rooms side by side on second level B5 and 6. B5 has separate shower room and toilet room which solved the wet floor after shower issues mentioned by others. B6 had a bit of a damp smell but this did not seem to bother our daughter.

Could do with an additional mirror in room as currently only 1 x small mirror in dim lit bathroom.

Nice location, a minute from the beach and very good value. There was one big downside: the quality of the WiFi. It was very uneven and suddenly stop for may be an hour or two. To make matters worse, the cell reception at near the hotel is pretty bad so even data access via phone was uneven and often lacking totally. This being said you can walk to cafes nearby and get good internet access - overall 8 to 8.5/10

Amazing stay at the Pulau Bungalow. The staff we so kind and accommodating. They helped me book all my activities in Nusa Lembongan and helped to book my transport back to Bali. The breakfast was very basic but was perfect to start the day off. The room was spotless and the location is so central only a 5 minute walk to the beach and loads of shops, cafes and restaurants beside it.

The guys that run Pulau were so well mannered and lovely. I stayed there by myself, and always felt looked after and very safe. The location was also so close to the beach!!

The only slight thing was just that the shower didn’t have a screen, so it turned it became quite wet after a shower. But luckily it’s so warm in Bali it dried quite quickly.
