They change you sometimes 3% if you pay by card. Some other times only 2% . Not very clear . They don’t told me that before. And this changing ratio is not serious. People at breakfast don’t sleek English. Gym is open to everyone in the island. They rent scooter but helmet are destroyed. Breakfast not good.

So I've been or had been in indonesia for over 6 weeks and this place smashed everything else out of the park firstly the staff super super friendly I noticed a few people say there English isn't great so what learn indonisean u can get buy there super friendly and super helpful and then the place my room was absolutely huge like a studio probably the only place where it looks better in real life the bathroom was huge shower powerful and hot the bed was super comfy tv safe amazing air con so good it woke me up cold 🤣...it has kettle safe super clean was cleaned every single day brekafeast was basic but included in the ridiculous low price u can use the gym which is huge all in all its the best place I've stayed by a distance and the pool was lovely and not forgetting the ridiculous view absolutely unreal I will be back

Absolutely nothing

Very nice and spacious rooms, big shower and everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The pool is nice and clean. Breakfast options available. They also have a small gym included, very nice to be a bit active. The view is amazing!

The bathroom is getting a bit old and it would be nice to change the broken toilet seat. Other than that nothing wrong with this hotel! It’s located on a side of Nusa where it’s not much going on. For restaurants you need to walk or drive a few minutes.

I had an amazing stay at Pandawa Beach Resort in Nusa Penida! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax. What really stood out was the value for money—very reasonable prices considering the quality of the stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. As a pleasant surprise, they even upgraded our room without us asking, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nusa Penida!

The view of the room is super. You can see the sea while sitting on the pool or your balcony. Nicely decorated everything. Breakfast was very tasty, they gave fresh fruits and juice and main dishes as Nasi goreng, Mie goreng. The room was super comfy and clean.

There isn't much to say. Just one thing, the message service from their hotel are bit costly than other places

The staff were helpful and polite. We got our room earlier than our check-in time.

Communication is a problem as the resort is well spread over a large area and for any assistance you'd have to reach the staff on WhatsApp as the phone in the room doesn't work. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door which was a struggle to open and close.

Onsite Gym is nice as its the only gym on the island. Pool is also nice. The room we stayed in was brand new with new furnishings. Aircon was quiet. Lots of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Roosters. Can be a little annoying early morning when you want to sleep in.

- the gym is excellent - the area is quiet - the AC and internet work well - the breakfast is nice The restaurant wasn’t open when I was there and the location is a bit far from all the beaches. Hard to get around if you don’t have a motorbike. The accommodation is very basic. But for the price, considering the inclusion of the excellent gym, it’s worth it.

The rooms were big, clean and we had a pool right in front of the room. The room service was lightening fast. Also the staff was humble and polite. The best part is there was no timing of when you can enter the pool. You could go to the anytime . They had a great gym too.

Toilets were a bit outdated.

Great location and staff. Good value for money. We ended up staying 5 nights. We rented some motorbikes from the hotel and saw the island, and it worked really good. They helped us to get a ticket to the fast boat.

Our room was not very well maintained and did not meet the visual standards, which the pictures indicated. There were only hot water for 5 minutes.
