Service and help from the staff was on point. We had a problem with a laundry company in the street. Someone of the staff came with us to discuss and bargain, so we came to a good solution.

Only cold water in the shower and the airco could only blow in one speed. What was a bit too much during the night.

The place was all clean and tidy, comfortable bed , spacious room , the pool was clean too and good size. There was water to refill your own bottle tea and coffee for free.

The shower was cold , and the pressure was weak. The employees couldn't speak much English,only the basics . The place doesn't accept cards.

VERY GOOD WIFI! The staff provide everything to us and they are very gentle! Clean place, nice pool, quiet. I feel peace there. Close to good restaurants that you can go by walk.

there was not much space to hang up wet clothes and there was no hot water in the shower but otherwise a perfect stay!

Great room, clean comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was good, it is near to the busy area of Nusa Penida with the majority of restaurants and shops. Helpful staff and lovely pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. One night there happened ants in the room, they immediately offered to change the room.
