Me and my partner had enjoyed our stay at Indiana Kenanga Boutique Hotel & Spa. The staffs were very friendly. the best part was sitting at the lounge chairs by the ocean, so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was big and clean. The food at their restaurant were exceptional. The location was great, too. Walking distance to all the other great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, as well as the Spa.

Great location, room was large and spotless also had private outdoor area. Good aircon, nice large bathroom. Restaurant and beach area nice and chilled. Pool was quiet and refreshing. Staff particularly at the bar/restaurant were super friendly and helpful. Hooked us up for snorkelling trip and diving. Both an absolute must if you’re staying in this set of islands. I’ve dived extensively all over the world and some of the best is off Nusa Penida, easy to reach on dive boat from Lembongan. Manta Rays/wild dolphins/ beautiful coral…even saw a Sun Fish which I never thought I’d be lucky enough to see.

The only thing was the TV didn’t work but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway.

100% the right choice for Lembongan. Right by an idillic beach, sits this also idillic boutique hotel, with amazing decor, food, and staff. The spa is superb, too, and so are the 2 pools. You truly feel as though you are swimming in a natural river pool.

The only bad thing about my stay was that I tripped in the last step of the pool bridge at night as they weren't well illuminated. Luckily, it wasn't anything major, but enough for my limping for the following 3 days. Better illumination of the steps would be recommended to avoid this happening to other guests.

Room 14, air conditioning not effective in this room with very high ceilings. Was not able to fully recover from the extreme heat. The pillows - lumpy and hard The shower floor, could not see if clean as it is black. Mosquitoes in the room

Extremely loud air conditioning unit in room that also struggled to keep the room cool. Constant roosters crowing through all hours of the night in close proximity. Unfortunately would stop a return visit as had no constant sleep and left feeling exhausted after aircon noise and constant rooster crowing.

The menu in the restaurant could be better as it was a small variety. The laneway had holes and was dangerous in the dark

I loved the location, the restaurant is right on the beach and is very beautifully designed. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly. The two pools are kept very clean and have plenty of seating around them, with shade provided as well if you want it. The spa was fantastic, try the Balinese massage!

Laundry process was a little confusing - the information card in the room says that there should be a laundry bag but I couldn't find one. There were also references to a TV but I didn't find that either. I didn't mind though as I didn't need a TV, it was just a bit confusing is all. Neither of these things really impacted my stay I was still very comfortable and happy!

The Location on the beach was perfect,dining in sand and sun lounges on beach. Staff amazing,attentive and courteous.

Only small things. Rooms need a bit of attention. Showers ok, Hot water, miss hit and pressure. Pillows lumpy. Don’t sweat the small stuff. We would go back because of location.

- property requires maintenance and refurbishment - replacement of globes in room/lighting poor - pillows need to be replaced (lumpy) - had to ask a few times (and wait quite a while) for pool towels in spa pool

- Amazing spacious bungalows with a lot of intimacy. - very clean and cleaning service comes every day. - little garden Infront the bungalow which is not visible for anybody. - great location in the heart of the most beautiful part of the island.

- The air-condition in the room was a little loud even on sleep mode. - it's quite expensive compared to other places but you also get high comfort for it. - Generally For the hotel that's still ok as it's really beautiful but for the the restaurant it was just too expensive for what you get. Be it pricy beers or cocktails for almost 10€ + - the staff was not very attentive there and you have to catch them to order something if you are sitting at the beach front. at that price level you can expect better service.
