I stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it, it has a really relaxing boutique hotel feel and I loved having yoga and sound healing etc on site. The food and smoothies in the restaurant are delicious and the staff are so lovely. I also bought a pack of surf lessons through monkey surfing who are great, Khal is the best surf teacher I’ve ever had and it was great to have actual surf theory lessons!

There are other cheaper places to stay nearby but I’m glad I spent more to stay here. The floor around the pool and garden area is sandy so it’s not great if you like a pool to escape the sand on the beach

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. We had a few special requests which they made no hesitation to help us out with. The room was clean and tidy

The room on the first floor was not as private so we would recommend a top floor room, as people can look straight into the room if you don't close the curtains and with curtains closed the room is completely dark.

The staff were super helpful, they gave me a ride to places a couple of times on the back of their motorbikes since it is a little tricky getting around the island. Zaki was always very friendly and helpful! The restaurant at the hotel is very good. It was also easy to organise snorkelling trip, surfing etc from there. They do packages for this if you contact them in advance. It was also great having the yoga studio on site and the class packages they do with smoothies included. Rooms were lovely, well set out and nicely decorated, and the kimonos and incense in the room was a nice touch. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurant, Ohana’s beach club / Ginger & Jamu etc where you can see amazing sunsets.

Overall it was quite expensive compared to other accommodation in Bali but the island is a little more expensive in general. There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes in the room at all - the furniture all looked lovely but wasn’t very practical. There was just a couple of drawers under the bed and a kind of shelf/display unit. It was a shame there wasn’t any tea/coffee provided although there was a kettle in the room. The room was not cleaned during my 5 night stay which was fine, but I would have expected it for the price. The pool area is a slightly odd setup, it’s raised up off the ground with outdoor sofas nearby but you need to walk through the dirt in bare feet to get to it. it’s not the most inviting but still, a nice addition to have at the property.

I really like a shabby chic deco. Room is very clean, conformable and all staff are very kind and so lovely, of course Maria:) They will arrange activities such as a snorkelling etc… if you wish. They are very easy to talk to and I had always someone to talk to, I felt like I was not doing solo trip during the stay. I have to highlight that very convenient to go to yoga classes and I was lucky to attended 4 classes. I had Indra’s classes and I really like his approach towards yoga lessens. Great outcome is light neck aching was gone and feel energised. I really enjoy staying Isla Indah Retreat and really pretty place to stay and welcomed by great staff. Strongly recommend!

I was sad my time here came to an end! Mimi and Rina (front desk) were so helpful! I loved staying at this yoga retreat center with restaurant and shop in the front. Location was good. I loved my balcony on the second floor. I asked for a tea kettle and they brought me one! I loved the mini fridge and reusable glass water container and cups. They cleaned my room when I asked. I didn’t use their pool. They offered laundry service, but I found it cheaper at a local laundry service nearby. Breakfast wasn’t included, but they have reasonably priced breakfast sets. I went snorkeling, organized by the hotel. We walked to the boat area. Very reasonably priced. Start time, 8am. You return before noon. We saw a mantra ray and sea turtle!

It’s super minor, but maybe just a nuisance to me. I wanted to use the mosquito net. One part needed to be replaced as it didn’t close all the way, so then it was completely useless. I asked them to change it, so instead they gave me mosquito spray and a plug-in …🫣 I’m sure mosquito nets aren’t super expensive. If you’re advertising having one, it should work. I’ve never had an issue before at other places that offered mosquito nets. Again, just a minor nuisance. Everything else was great. maybe no one else has complained. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very clean and spacious, beautifully decorated room, providing somehow a very spiritual atmosphere! Very comfortable king sized bed with a mosquito net, spacious and elegant bathroom. A very nice touch was provided by the available sarongs/ morning robes in the room. Since we asked for a ground floor room (cos of the baby pram), it was cool even without the air con working, good isolation and green shade. The staff were amazing, the food very tasty and healthy, the coffee was the best on our Indonesien vacation. They offer a lot of yoga classes but we didn't have time to attend (were diving every day). I will stay again there on our next visit, it felt so welcoming and relaxing.

The pool could be a bit bigger. No other objections, a very welcoming place. Everything felt just right. Congratulations to the management and staff.

Pretty little hotel 5 mins walk from the beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Clean, spacious room with balcony overlooking the lovely garden and pool. Loved the on-site yoga shala, which has lessons several times a day. Chris and his team were very helpful, sorting lifts from the port and back to the airport, bike hire etc.

A few small points about the room - a reading lamp by the bed, a hand towel and some coat hangers would be useful additions.

A wonderful place to stay! The staff is incredibly warm and hard-working. The rooms are lovingly furnished and very clean. There is the possibility to eat directly in the accommodation, which we took advantage of for breakfast. The food was very tasty. In addition, you can book yoga sessions that take place in the accommodation. Absolutely recommendable, I will come again! ❤️

Staff were so friendly - gave us good recommendations and helped us to rent a motorbike. The room was great - had good AC, wifi, fan and mosquito net. Bathroom and shower were good. Location is great - close to bars and some great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Love that the room was cream and bright. The little balcony was lovely. Lots of privacy. Super clean and comfy. Free water to reduce plastic. The oil diffuser in the room. The air con is not on top of the bed so perfect to sleep without freezing. A very lovely and peaceful atmosphere. Will go back
