It’s a very beautiful property, the pools are so nice. And I really enjoyed the beach area. It was a fancy hotel. The owner is there too sometimes and he is very friendly as well.

There were too many kids around in my opinion. That was a little loud. There is not too much space in front of the beach with the beds and if you are coming in season (in my situation it wasn’t the case) it will be quickly full, because non guest can also stay there. But I was here during off season it was very quiet and relaxed (besides the children) the food was not tasting the best, even though it looks very good….

The Ambience, it was modern with a tropic feel to it

Would be better if the Resort was kept for in house guests only. It made for busy and hectic foot traffic in and out of the resort at anytime of the day. Was overwhelming at times as you didn’t know who was a guest and the who was a visitor. People / Visitors looking into your room so very little privacy. The fact that we had to be fast or last with the sun beds on the beachfront was a nuisance as a lot of these were taken by visitors not from the resort! All facilities should be given to in house guests first.

It was in the most ideal location and felt really tropical and relaxing.

I can’t say there was something I didn’t like, the only thought I had was being able to charge meals and drinks to our room as I felt I constantly needed to carry my wallet out, however this is a minor issue and in the bigger scheme of things and how much we loved the hotel it wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

I highly recommend staying at Ohana’s. It’s such a beautiful resort just at the beach but still very central with anything around that you might need. I really loved their interior design, the staff which is amazing and has a 24/7 open reception and is always available on WhatsApp for you and also the food which is incredible!! They gave me a free room upgrade as well when I arrived and so I started my stay with the most amazing surprise. All in all the resort is really for everyone, families, solo female travelers like me, friend groups.. it’s a relaxing and still lively place. I really love Ohana’s and I will definitely come back! There’s nothing that I didn’t like, everything was great!!

This was our second visit to Ohana’s Resort, and it was just as beautiful and relaxing as we remembered. The beachfront setting is unbeatable, the rooms are light, fresh and generally well-designed, and the general vibe of the resort is laid-back and family-friendly. One of the standout features of Ohana’s continues to be the incredible staff. Their warmth and attentiveness really make the stay feel special. Occy from the restaurant recognised us from our previous trip and made a point to come and say hello, which was such a lovely personal touch. Amar, who looked after us at the back pool bar, was also fantastic – friendly, helpful, and he quickly learned both of our names, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was consistently good, and overall the food was delicious – though a few items did feel a little overpriced for what it was.

One small change since our last visit is the system shift away from being able to charge things to the room. While it’s not a huge issue, it did feel a little inconvenient. Similarly, the towel token system, added a bit of an extra step that didn’t feel quite as seamless as before.

the location is awesome, the front pool and restaurant area is great but then there is the rear pool more for just guests to go use. the beach is only steps away. The staff were great

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of privacy, plus a lovely balcony to enjoy the pool view. The hotel has such a warm, kid-friendly vibe, making it an ideal spot for families. Both pools were fantastic for swimming, and the added bonus of being able to watch the stunning sunsets from either the pool or the beach was just incredible. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

location , the ambiance and decor . comfortable beds and space in the room for family. Good combination of party vibes and quiet spaces . Liked that the little dogs and cats were allowed to wander through and find shade. Would’ve liked if hotel was affiliated with ‘paws of lembongan rescue’ . I think they would get a lot of donations.

would’ve liked more vegan/ vegetarian options on the menu in hotel. Would’ve been great if the minibar was topped up after use so we didn’t have to go to shops for drinks and snacks each day .

We found this gem of a hotel during our research for the best place on Nusa Lembonga. Ohana’s is a beautiful boutique resort that has a great upscale beach vibe with all the modern amenities you could ask for. One of the absolute best parts of our stay was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. In particular, Amar who helped staff the restaurant and Sylvie who was the hostess went well out of their way to make my family and I feel at home. They were courteous, friendly and super helpful for our every need. They were amazing. Also, a HUGE shout out to Theo/Tio who was the resort manager. My son had asked Theo/Tio if they had a pump for his soccer ball he could use. He told my son unfortunately he didnt but pointed us in the direction of a shop that did. Later that afternoon we had gotten ready for dinner and were about to leave and when we opened the door to our room, a brand new bike/ball pump with the tags still on it was on the porch! I can’t even fathom where he would have found such an item on this small island, but he did. This was way, way, way, more than we would have expected. My son was overjoyed and I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and extra effort put into this gesture. If you are looking for an amazing place for a couple or a family to stay at where you will feel welcomed, pampered and vacationing in style, you won’t find anything better than Ohana’s.

The perfect mix of relaxation and convenience! Crystal clear blue waters, very relaxing atmosphere and great tunes to chill out to. The location is ideal, walk along the streets to nearby bars and restaurants or walk along the beach and enjoy the serenity. The room was perfect and I enjoyed my stay.

In the restaurant - Staff were not designated to areas, so I kept being asked the same questions over and over. Additional training would go a long way. With that said, the staff were lovely however I didn't need to keep being asked the same thing by a different person when it was already being looked after.
