A quiet, green place, near the pier, near the sea and near convenient services (atm, shops, restaurants, bars and coffee). There is a swimming pool. On-site motorbike rental service, clean room, air conditioner works well.

The pool is great. Basic room. Very affordable. Great convenient location a couple of minutes walk from where most boats arrive. Helpful staff.

They could work on the room safety as the bathroom has a huge opening between the wall and ceiling. And there is no way to lock the bathroom door.

The close proximity to ferry /Lembongan harbour. Walking distance, like 5-7mins. The staff member Marty (the male worker during our stay) he was very accommodating and went above and beyond during our stay as there was an issue with the booking when we arrived. He helped with our scooters, breakfast, gave us everything we needed and more. He was a very nice gentleman, and they are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member who looks after the guests. He deserves a pay rise and works 7 days a week !

The GM and the corporate body who govern the booking system as there was multiple system errors during our stay e.g. we rocked up with a group (booked 5 villas) and only 2 were available and they had lost the rest of the bookings. They sent the rest of group to another hotel and tried to make them pay for transport (despite not ) and the next night the same thing happened. I think there is or was 2x raira on booking.com.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants and close to the surf break if you want waves or dive schools to scuba as we did. The goring there was super friendly made us breakfast early on the days we were scuba diving at 7am when breakfast didn’t start till 8. Pool was clean and rooms were very big.

The morning we were supposed to start our stay we recieved a message that they had no vacant and wanted to move us to another hotel inland on tbe island and away from the surf break. We wanted to arrive at 4 and go straight for a surf which would have allowed that. We took a new hotel and moved our stay by one day. During our stay we extended the stay by a day and at 12.30 after the check out time on the last day they tried to move us again to a new hotel, we were out for the day and was in no position to move our stuff 30 minutes after the check out time. I guess another guest unfortunately was moved to the other accommodation. I will say the other accommodation was very nice but not in a location that was close to the beach and we told them we weren’t moving this time.

Bungalow rooms were gorgeous! Only 6 bungalows so a small establishment! Very cooling with the gardens and a small pool to cool off! The bed was so comfortable, great mattress! The bathroom was great and the shower was amazing!

No kettle, coffee or tea in rooms! However I requested a kettle and it wasn’t a problem!

Staff very nice and helpful! Pool was just cleaned as we arrived, very nice peaceful place to stay. Staff organised our scooter and laundry, no complaints there at all, great service.

Not much of a dislike but just a heads up that the showers don't stay hot for very long.

Location was great, easy to walk to the Beach and Restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean on arrival. Pool very well maintained

Rooms could have been serviced every few days.

The property is new. Pool was good and relaxing.

Need more cost transportation if you go from main Bali island.

Property was in a great location, simple comfortable rooms AC works well. Made was super lovely and friendly.
