This was an amazing stay! It definitely exceeded our expectation. Everything was top notch, as per the picture - some accommodations in Lembongan are a little run down and their pictures are heavily edited, here everything was exactly as shown, clean, great condition, all amenities inside the hut (even mosquito repellent electrical thing ;) and emergency light). We loved the bed on the veranda to chill in the evening. The view is just exceptional, on the clear day you can see Mt Agung from your veranda and from the pool. Ketut went above and beyond to help us with everything (boat transfer, you can hire a scooter, she gave advise how to move around the island). I just loved the stay there, definitely will be back.

Nothing :) It's a little bit further away from the village and the sea, it may be an issue for some people, but I just loved how secluded it was! And it was 15 min walk/ 5 min scooter ride to Jungutbatu village, so not really far. (and location is as per Google, not as shown on the booking.com)

Everything! Ketut made our stay so special and helped us with anything we needed such as changing our motorbike when we had a problem and nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool and views are unmatched - couldn’t get over the stunning and quiet location. Room was very clean and comfortable and I love the outdoor bathroom. We already can’t wait to come back! The value for money here is amazing - breakfast is simple but good and drinking cocktails and eating by the pool is great and at great prices. I also loved that they use metal straws - win for sustainability!

The property was beautiful - the view from the pool insane. The room was clean and comfortable with good Aircon and the gardens divine.

The location was a little further than expected, but that was on my part and lack of knowledge of the area. You really need a scooter to get around. As I was only there two nights, I had a driver and it was EXPENSIVE. The money I saved by staying further out, I paid two times over in transport. This would be no issue if you have your own scooter, but I am not a confident driver, so I opted not to. If you don't intend on renting a scooter/car I would stay more central. If you do - perfect :)

Hidden away in the Taman hill region this gorgeous property has very large, clean rooms with views to the ocean. Outdoor balcony with sun bed make them more luxurious. Tiled floors and a huge bathroom make this accommodation very comfortable. The owners Tony and Katoot are warm and welcoming hosts and cannot do enough to make their guests happy and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like but keep in mind there is a lot of stairs from the reception/restaurant down to the private villas. Possibly not suitable for elderly and young children.

Wonderful stay! Staff went above and beyond to make this stay one to remember. Stayed in a new bungalow at the lowest of the 3 levels of cottages. Situated away from noisy Jungutbatu area but still close. Birds are the only thing you gonna hear. Daily cleaning of the room, breakfast and food options are delicious, easy to rent a motorbike. Bed is massive and comfortable. Everything top notch, will be back.

Not a real big deal and also mentioned before, the way to the stay might be a challenge for some on the bike, especially when it rains.

Breakfast...highly recommend you have breakfast on the deck...lovely atmosphere view and food. Great location in the hill with a view, but close enough to walk to the main strip or easy to get taxi. I read lots about you need a moped to get around the island, you do it if you like walking, we walked the whole island in our 2 days here. Service from owners and all staff excellent. Rooms get a deep every day. Highly recommended this accommodation.

Everything was great

We absolutely loved our stay at Bukit Taman! The views from everywhere at the property are breathtaking, looking over Mount Agung. We personally loved being up on the hill looking over the island, rather than being in the centre of town, it was much more peaceful. This means you need to scooter / taxi into town but it’s totally worth it and the staff organise this for you, we had a scooter ready for us within minutes of arriving. Our room was thoroughly cleaned everyday and the staff were always so helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely Fantastic, staff are extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything whether it is taxis or scooter renting, local recommendations etc. Rooms themselves are excellent, entire area is very well maintained by the staff. Nice quiet area away from any loud noise and some lovely views from the rooms.

A bit too out of the way, which wouldn't be an issue but local taxis are fairly expensive compared to the mainland, would recommend renting a Scooter if you stay which cost us only 80k per day

We stayed for three nights in the bungalows, which were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The location is very peaceful, yet still close to everything by taxi or scooter. The view from the pool and breakfast area was absolutely stunning – truly the most beautiful on the island. The owner was incredibly kind and helped us arrange everything we needed. Breakfast was also delicious and reasonably priced. Even better in real life than in the photos!

Lovely free standing cottage with really good aircon and comfortable bed. The pool was awesome too with a fantastic view. Lovely staff who organised a scooter for us and were very responsive if we needed anything.

Location is up on the hill a little away from the action so a scooter is kind of necessary. We quite liked this though as we could go for a run in the morning and the roads were nice and quiet. Shower in the bathroom has some difficulty draining so best to keep to shorter showers
