Absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic. We had 3 nights here and it was the highlight of our trip. Other comments indicated the steps could be difficult, but not at all its like 20 steps. The staff helped with our baggage and the view was outstanding, would definitely recommend! So worth it! The pictures are reality!

Unbelievable value for money. The view is really the money shot and encompasses Mt Agung on the mainland which was incredible on a clear day and of course the looking over the reef which is stunning. We spent so much time on the sun loungers reading or in the pool and taking in the view. Epic spot to watch the storms roll in without getting wet too. Staff are super lovely and will organise everything for you no worries. We did a Snorkel trip to Manta Bay with Pinky and he was the only captain to spot Mantas so we were very lucky. We stayed in Room 5 with the infinity pool overlooking the view and it’s the best room because it’s at the end of the little lane and completely private, no one walks past there. Next time we come back to Bali we won’t even bother with the mainland, just hop on a fast boat and come straight back to Nusa Lembongan and Sanctuary Villas. One of the best places we ate (and near the best little beach we swam and snorkeled at) was Lagos, really close to the accom.

We liked everything about this property. Good location, good views. Sanctuary villas organised our transfer and pick up from Ubud to Nusa Lembongan which made life very easy. Gede, who manned the desk was always so friendly and helpful with tours and motorbikes. Thank you.

There was construction in front of the pool where the view in the picture was partially obstructed. There was a bit of dust and noise during the day. Although we were offered a full refund, this information would have been better prior to our arrival. Beside this we still had an excellent stay. Additionally a better privacy screen between our pool and the neighbour would be an improvement. For our stay, we were not overly affected, but may be an issue if you have noisy neighbours.

- Incredible location with an elevated view overlooking the coastline, but yet just a few steps away from some great restaurants by the water. - A fantastic private pool - which we made use of first and last thing every day. - Very helpful staff - both before and during our stay. Before our stay they helped organise a taxi from our previous accommodation and ferry to Nusa Lembongan, which I would thoroughly recommend as it was very easy and paid as one total fee on arrival. Would recommend taking up this option. - We would 100% stay here again if coming back to Lembongan.

- The shower was slightly cold, even on the hottest setting, but manageable (and to be fair we didn't mention this to the staff so can't really complain).

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, short walk down some stairs to the beach (and many great cafes and bars). I will note that there is construction occurring in front of this room. But construction hours were restricted and there was never really much noise was bot an issue. When we arrived we were offered the option to cancel as the new villa infront somewhat impedes the view. (We were in the middle level villa( But the view is still pretty good. My only feedback would be that the pool is no longer and "infinity pool", so probably shouldn't be advertised as one). And photos should also probably be updated.

We loved the sea views and the private pool. Staff was really friendly and helped us book tours and transportation.

There were lots of men working on the roof of the house in front of us and this really compromised our privacy. The construction was also very loud. The staff was trying to accommodate us and offered us to stay somewhere else but this felt like a downgrade from what we booked so we decided to stay. We had a nice time anyways but would have been even better without the construction. There were a lot of caterpillars inside our room.

We stayed in the villa for 4 days. The view from the balcony is amazing. The staff at the villa are very friendly and responsive to requests. The villa also had a water server and kitchen, which was very convenient. There are restaurants and cafes near the villa. At the end of the year, we were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony, which was really great. I would like to stay at this villa again when I come to Lembongan. This is a flyer that I highly recommend. Thank you for being so kind. We look forward to staying at Villa next time

The view from the property is amazing I read reviews and we chose a Villa on mid level with a private pool which I would recommend There are food options close by and shuttles to and from local restaurants are free Staff are very friendly and helpful Private pool was so lovely and a great temperature Activities were organised easily and were great experiences Nice beaches within easy walking distance A day spa very close by that was sensational Everything can be arranged via WhatsApp Transfers to/from Bali were arranged by the property with Rocky’s Fast Cruise and this was great

As others have said - LOTS of steps so be prepared but we’re in our 50’s and we coped fine, was a good workout It’s a little tired, needs some maintenance as in tap wobbles, some painting needed but not too bad Wifi was a little hit and miss but that might be an Island issue and hey enjoy the view

Extremely comfortable bed. Aircon worked well. Great having own plunge pool. Amazing, helpful staff, very clean. Everything we wanted - we loved it

No view but that was why it was cheaper. TV was not working but Youtube was & maybe netflix (we did not have time for tv). We might stay in one of the other rooms with a view next time. A few steps but easy for us - we are 59 yrs old

The view from our villa was amazing and really catches your attention when you first walk in. The outdoor area was such a nice and cosy place to chill out and enjoy the atmosphere where you can dip in the plunge pool, enjoy the view or just sit and enjoy the sun (with the outdoor fan on to keep you cool). At night, you can also see the fireworks that sometimes go off from the beach below. You really are paying for this view and it's worth it. The room was nice and the bed was big and comfy. We didn't use the kitchen area except for the drinking water. The fridge was packed with drinks and some snacks and the price for these were very reasonable. There is a book in the room with details which I found helpful such as cafes/restaurants in the area. Also there is a phone number for the manager (Janu). Keep his number because he can help out with things such as free pick up and drop off to and from certain restaurants. This was so helpful and Janu and his staff were always available and willing to help. Yes, there's a lot of steps but it's worth it when you have so many things available to you when you get to the bottom. Close to many cafes/restaurants, the main beach and coconut beach.

Of course the steps aren't fun but what do you expect when your villa has the view. Plus, you do get use to going up and down the steps after a while. The bathroom in the villa isn't the best. There's not too much light there and is a bit small but I'm not spending a lot of time in the bathroom so it didn't bother me too much. The plunge pool is nice but it is a bit deep so be careful when you first get in.
