Breakfast was average with decent coffee. We stayed during a low occupancy time so it was mostly quiet on a top floor at the end of the hall. Clean and comfortable room with great water pressure in the shower. None of those small shampoo bottles and soap - more sustainable larger bottles on the wall. Kudos.

Boys soccer team out of control and running the halls on the last night we were there. Technically it was before their 10pm noise curfew, but seriously? No one seemed to be in charge of the boys and I had to step out of our room in my PJs to ask them to be quiet. No recycling containers in the room or hall.

- We asked for a quiet room, and except for a few times when kids were in the hallway yelling for grandma, it was pretty quiet. - Good breakfast, especially the sweet rolls. Options also for gluten-free.

Not enough lighting/lamps in our king room. Had to move lamps around to be able to see at the desk. Was told a queen room had more lighting. Eventually staff brought a desk lamp, but we had already moved lamps around. Room needed a foldable luggage valet stand/holder. Shelves in closet prevented hanging clothes from hanging properly.

This is a standard Holiday Inn Express. Clean. Consistent. There was a sign on the door saying they don't rent to locals which I found a bit odd. It was off putting and made me wonder what sort of nefarious folks have stayed there. There was $25 "incidental" fee which was not explained well even though I specifically asked what it was about. The evening clerk seemed annoyed by my inquiry. The morning clerk was much more forthcoming and friendly. They are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Yes!!! But men were smoking right at the main entrance and there was cigarette butt litter. Perhaps a smoking area behind the hotel would be a good idea.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. We appreciated the "quiet hours" enforcement given everyone was there for a tournament. The breakfast was great!

My son would say keep the pool open later =) The fitness center was SO hot and humid ....not sure if there is anything to be done about that =) Because there is nothing super close, a bar and or restaurant would put this hotel over the top

Smell of pot strong on first floor at elevators .. really a no smiling hotel that charges for smoking? First floor end of hall outside door wasn’t latching… desk staff said “yeah, it’s been a problem”. Really? Group of young teens at opposite end of our hall were loud and crazy, but it’s not your hotel’s doing.

Clean and new motel. King bed was very comfortable!!! nice modern decor, bed linens. Nice modern clean bathroom, good lighting, great water pressure in shower and nice shower fixture. We just needed a place to sleep close to wedding. I called enroute to see if we could check in early around 2-2:30 as we had wedding nearby at 3pm that would go till midnight. receptionist said she would try to get our room cleaned pronto, she called me back a bit later to say the room was available. We got to see the room, drop off our luggage and freshen up after 2 hr drive before attending wedding. Very pleased with facility and staff.

Orange juice dispenser at breakfast was very dilute and watery. Only complaint

Breakfast was great, room and pool and grounds very clean. The one front desk associate with reddish hair glasses, sorry I forget his name. He was phenomenal. :) He suggested restaurants to us when we asked and loved his recommendations. Very accommodating and great customer service skills. I do not normally write reveiws but because of his hospitality, I am.

Nice comfortable room with all the amenities someone could expect. New modern hotel. Plenty of well lit parking. Nice breakfast. Manager walked around talking with guests.

Not many tables for breakfast. Had to clean our own table after previous eater left. Room cleaning could be a little better. A little on the expensive side.

Nice room, very spacious, comfortable, staff was great. Had to leave a night early because of a family emergency, and they didn't charge for the second night reserved. That was greatly appreciated.

Price gauging--we come for travel basketball, and the rates are crazy high when there is a tournament There were also ants in the room.

We’ve stayed here the last few years when we have tournaments at Spooky Nook. The location is perfect. Breakfast is always good. Sheetz is so convenient for the kids to walk and get food. The staff is always nice and the hotel is always clean.
