Location of the hotel and break fast. As we need to leave early in the morning, they adjusted with the Dinner. Food was tasty and with the required spices and flavor.

Booking charges were way higher due to the hidden taxes not indicated clearly in the booking. Trapped and felt cheated due to smart marketing by Booking.com.

Location is fantastic with many restaurants around. Supermarket is across the road. Cars can be parked in front of the hotel. Rooms are big and ok, everything you need is there. Had a beautiful room on the top floor with balcony. Couldn't book it with booking.com but could do it directly at the hotel. There is also breakfast available. If you don't expect a all inclusive resort and prefer the local spirit, you will enjoy your stay.

The safe in the room was broken.

Hotel right on beach, cafe for cappuccino in lobby, hot water in shower, good bed and desk.

The windows on our floor, the 1st floor above street level, were filthy and irritating to look through to the great view of the beach. The bathroom had a glass wall without shades which you see the person inside, especially when the lights were on.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great if you want to either in one or another direction from Salalah

A bit old but fine for 1-2 nights. A/C didn’t work in some common areas of hotel (e.g. restaurant)

The hospitality of the entire staff, be it the reception desk or the housekeeping, was amazing. The receptionist, Ms. Eli cared for the guests genuinely. She made sure that no one was left unattended. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Salalah.

Two things were disappointing:- 1. The WiFi 2. Noise from the connecting room.The rooms need to be made sound proof.

friendly. the rooms was clean and functional with lovely sea view. staff were so friendly relaxed and accommodating. as always in this part of the world they responded positively to warmth and friendliness from the client. The beach is almost empty and the water is warm and safe to take a dip in.

if you dine in the food is good but not as in an international hotel. there’s little immediately around to eat at apart from some very basic local “restaurants”. I have no problems eating their fair but many would. it’s also a distance to Salalah itself so a car rental would be a good idea

Location was amazing right on the beach. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket within easy walk. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. It’s a comfortable hotel not a luxury hotel. Would definitely go back

The beach could have been a bit cleaner. There was a lot of discarded water bottles and paper.

I stayed in this great place for 3 nights it was great place and not my first time and I keep say in this hotel when I visited salalh.

I would like to thank all staff in this great place for their hospitality my respect to them from front desk to cleaner's.

Great spot. but don’t go expecting to swim in the ocean. The surf is too rough. but the beach is great. Staff upgraded us to a side-view, which was wonderful.

The location was amazing, and the staff super helpful and friendly.

The bay window on the balcony was cracked and the net curtains needed washing as they were badly stained.
