Firstly the staff were extremely helpful and professional. All staff are very polite, courteous and great at their jobs, very efficient and welcoming. Alamodemo the girl on the front desk was very professional, spoke good English and was very attentive to our needs, excellent customer service . We needed a few things sorting in our room do the electrical staff were very prompt. The beds were so comfortable . I had room 112 on the corner ground floor, great views, near everything and above all quiet. Javier at the bar was so helpful and excelled at his job was very courteous and always served with a smile. It’s worth it to pay for half board option otherwise the bar menu is very reasonable. Beautiful relaxing hotel that I will come back to. Great value, beautiful peaceful scenic hotel

I was disappointed that I didn’t know beforehand that I had to pay €23 per person to use the Spa facility. So that was a disappointment. The location is out of the way but then everyone is aware of that prior to booking. it would be great if this hotel had kettles in the room. however, I managed by asking Javier for hot water in a teapot, had my own teabags. If you are driving I would suggest stocking up on water, sundries prior to coming to hotel. A bottle of water is €3.00. All adds up when thirsty. One evening I decided to do the A la carte menu, really dissatisfied with our order. The food was nicer from the buffet.

I had read a couple of negative reviews before my arrival and was a little bit unsure of what to expect but as soon as I walked though the revolving door into the reception area I had no need to worry. The hotel was wonderful. Very light and cool lovely and clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great. The dining area was large with lovely tables plenty of room and the buffet breakfast had a brilliant choice everyday day. My room was overlooking the pool area, it was very clean and comfortable always plenty of hot water. I felt everything was to a very high standard. The pool area was lovely all the beds were clean and nicely separated around the pool. The pool was exceptionally clean and there was always a member of staff at the pool everyday. I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend it and definitely return in the future.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting. We were given a free room upgrade which was brilliant. Beautiful bathroom and a large bedroom with views over the pool. The balcony had chairs as well as sunbeds which was nice. Good soundproofing in the room as we heard no noise once from anywhere once we were in our room. We made use of the Spa as well as massages. Drinks and lunch from the snack bar round the pool was nice, good service.

As many of the comments before me, the beds and pillows were very hard. We've stayed in much cheaper hotels (2/3*) and had much more comfortable beds. So a huge let down. Couldn't believe there was NO shower gel in the bathroom! Coffee or kettle in the room would have been nice. We also went half board, the evening buffet was very poor with the breakfast slightly better but a disappointment for a 5* hotel. The spa was wonderful although a fair number of certain jets in the showers and jacuzzis needed unblocking.

The staff were really lovely, smart and helpful. The Lobby area is stunning and ample free car parking. The room was very large and plenty of hot water and decent shower pressure in a very large bathroom. Cleaned to a high standard - thank you. Buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. There is a lower cabinet at the buffet area that has warm plates and a microwave to heat up food if required. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool with free pool towels. The indoor pool area looked inviting and water felt a good temperature. A good alternative for serious swimmers.

The beds were a little too firm for us but just our preference. Confusing switches for lighting in our room and some sockets didn't appear to work! No reflection on how we enjoyed our stay but some areas in the room were a little tired. No tea tray or kettle but complimentary water in the fridge.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel for few days. We loved the swimming pool and the neighbourhood with golf site all around and stunning view from the top . The rooms were good size with a huge bathroom . The food ( we had both breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet ) had a very good selection of dishes and were all good . The staff was really nice and available .

We did not like the bed and the pillows . They were not comfortable at all and not matching what are you expecting for a 5 star hotel . However we ve been told they are on the process of changing them and some of the rooms already have been upgraded . We did not like the behaviour of some of the guests at the hotel as they occupied or block the exit when they parked the car . This is not up to the hotel of course but the hotel staff should be more strict with these people

A luxury hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was delightful, and the indoor pool was amazing. The overall environment was elegant and luxurious, and the room was fully equipped.

I would prefer to adjust the room temperature myself instead of relying on the hotel. Additionally, the parking process could be more convenient—ideally, it should be automatic, rather than having to get a ticket from the machine and then validate it at the reception before leaving.

Nice place , friendly staff. We went in winter so couldn’t make the most of the amenities . Inside pool was a little cold but good for a paddle.

We went Christmas Eve and there were a lot of foreigners who complained about noise levels (we had Christmas songs playing on YouTube ) at 7pm which was ridiculous. We had their Christmas buffet but times were from 8pm-11pm so As a Spanish couple Christmas Eve is an important tradition so it was too early. They should respect Spanish times. Music was great but finished at 11:30ish so that was a shame as well. The idea was great but the actual thing was a bit poor.

Great staff, lovely room with good views, great facilities, peaceful, good breakfast choices. Staff who looked after us extremely well, Anatael, Antonio, Fran Javier, Alex, Mohamed.

Bed incredibly hard, my hips ached so much so had to sleep completely on my back! (Aparently, I snore in that position) a little dirty in the bathroom, toothpaste on bath edge (cleaned next day) piece of red plastic on floor for whole stay.

The people here very nice and helpful. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We slept good. We loved it. The surroundings are so peaceful. The landscape is beautiful. The mountains makes anyone forget stress. The pool area is a very calming spot, it's very big and refreshing. The tapas are absolutely delicious. The breakfast was really and diverse. It's close to the center, about 10 minutes away and it's perfect. We recommend this place.

To have stayed just one night. :D.

We completely lucked into this place, as it was the only hotel available that night -- and could not believe our eyes when we walked in! The lobby is very elegant, receptionist staff super friendly and helpful, nice relaxing bar are with lots of comfy chair and sports on TV. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting Almeria (20 minutes away) -- lots of interesting history and architecture!
