The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean (mostly, just one chair had a weird stain) and quiet. We had connecting rooms and it was plenty of room for our family of 5. The breakfast was really good and my kids loved the chocolate waffles. We also loved the indoor pool and hot tub, small, but great for what we needed.

One of the chairs had a very weird stain. The keys stopped working if you got them too close to your phone.

Conveniently located to Canyonlands, Arches, and Capitol Reef National Parks. Very clean, decent breakfast, and within walking distance to a restaurant and the Powell Museum. Unfortunately paper-thin walls and a gap at the bottom of the door to the room. Otherwise I would have given the hotel a 9 instead of 8.

Paperthin walls. Door to the Room had a 1 1/2 inch gap at the bottom, and whenever someone was talking in the hallway you woke up thinking a stranger just entered your room. I believe it's a simple rubber strip that's missing at the bottom of the door, so I strongly recommend adding those. I believe I was not the only one complaining about that. Sad, because everything else was just wonderful.

It was centrally located between all the UT National Parks we were visiting and much cheaper than staying in Moab, UT. My husband loved that they pretty much had coffee available all day in the lobby. It seemed like a clean, safe place to stay.

The bed wasn't super comfortable. There were a lot of breakfast options unless you can't eat gluten. Our door was hard to keep closed. We had to really work at it to make sure it couldn't be pushed open.

We stayed in this hotel before and decided to stay there again on our return trip and we were not disappointed, very nice and helpful people, room was very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast tasty, all facilities clean and in great shape: pool, spa, dining room... complimentary evening soup was very nice touch and pleasant surprise, not seen in other hotels, we enjoyed our stay, cannot complain, would recommend to others

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel and that’s saying a lot. All the little things mattered: caramel macchiato machine available at night, hot tub kept at a great temperature, plates and plastic utensils available all hours in the breakfast area for those eating take-out late, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, etc. I can see why they won the Gold Star Award two years in a row.

Not a thing

I wasn't sure what to expect in a tiny town like Green River but I was pleasantly surprised. Pool was fairly nice (which my kids enjoyed) and room was really clean.

We didn't hear any other guests (walls didn't seem thin) EXCEPT, the people above us got up at 5am and we could hear them walking around and dropping stuff. (request the 2nd floor so no-one is above you). And then the room next to us had an alarm go off at 6:30am and went for 10 mins before it finally turned off. Not the hotels fault but wasn't fun regardless.

Almost everything was perfect, especially the breakfast!

We had an adjacent room and when they woke up around 5am, we could hear everything… They took a lot of time to get ready so we lost a lot of sleep because of it…

Great location right off the interstate. The staff was exceptional - kind and helpful. The area had limited eateries and we were coming in at dinner time. They had a crockpot of chicken noodle soup for the guests to enjoy - very nice. The breakfast was spectacular. Hot and cold food, plenty of choices and very well served.

Nothing

The breakfast was really good with quite a few options. There was a separate little drink counter that had water and coffee that was available all day/night which was nice. The place was clean and quiet.

The lobby area seemed kind of dated but was clean. The stairs were carpeted and had a lot of wear and tear. The in room coffee was horrible but there was coffee downstairs that was a much better option

Comfortable, although small bathroom area, half in the room, half in the bathroom area. But room was very clean, and a very friendly staff. Good, hot breakfast. The only problem we had was when our toilet suddenly wouldn't flush for no reason. A bit of a nuisance, but handled by staff all the same. Very accommodating, very helpful.

That our toilet quit working at a very inopportune time. The pool was not open at all. Sign said under maintenance, but hasn't been since COVID closures...
