Great location for the sightseeing and exploring area. The San Rafael Reef has lots to offer and it is close to Arches and other parks. Loved having the restaurant and gourmet coffee shop on site. We thought the pool was pristine, quiet and lots of comfy lounging. The grounds of the whole property were so well kept and lots of flowers and walkways to the river bank. The made to order breakfast as fantastic and the staff was so friendly and quick! We drive alot and stay at many of hotels on interstates...This was a wonderful oasis.

All great for the price. If you have walking or knee problems, there is no elevator to some of the 2nd floor roooms.

The pool was very nice - just next to the river with different kinds of nice poolside furniture. The garden/landscaping & seating by the river was very relaxing and well done. The room was spacious with a pleasant balcony looking out to the river. Breakfast was good - you can order omlets or pancakes/french toast and also some other buffet (bagels, cereal) to choose from. Also, staff were welcoming and friendly - from the cleaners to the front desk. It was a bonus that just next door there is a good restaurant and coffee place.

A/C was a bit loud - but this is typical in The States.

The room was very comfortable, and the bed was very good. We had a river view room with small balcony, very pleasant to enjoy a cup of coffee there in the morning. The grounds are very pleasant to view, with the river beyond. The room was nicely decorated with furniture that has some charm, and the 2nd sink in the room was very convenient. The breakfast was amazing - cooked to order, and the service was very pleasant. Hands down better than any restaurant or "breakfast buffet' offerings in other chain lodgings.

There was no elevator, so lugging bags upstairs was not horrible, and with all things considered, not much of an inconvenience.

This is an older motel (circa 1978) that has been well maintained. The grounds (we had a nice view of the river from our room) were also well-kept. The room was quite large with two queen beds. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, but there's a restaurant within walking distance that was very good for both dinner and breakfast, also with a view of the river. Some of the room decor harkened back to the late '70s, but I found it quaint and didn't mind. Yes, I would definitely return here. We stayed in December, so I'm sure the rates were lower than usual. I have a feeling this place is packed in the summer.

In a town that has seen better days, River Terrace stands out as a comparable luxury resort. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the building is in good shape and my room had a balcony overlooking the green River. It's a little bit more of a drive to adventure than Moab, but also much more peaceful and there is good food in town -just don't expect to get a margarita at any of the Mexican joints.

The free breakfast was meh, but still better than just cereal and a bagel, they did have a chef make me an omelet.

The rooms were large and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the river. The setting and grounds overlooking the river were outstanding; it felt like a resort. There is a very good restaurant right next door, also overlooking the river - no need to go anywhere else for dinner. The breakfast was outstanding, including individually prepared items as well as an extensive countertop service - the breakfast chef was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and efficient.

Nothing could have been better.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms and resort were. Didn't know what to expect in Green River when half the town is shut down, but this hotel has done a good job with its upkeep and it was a plus to have a pretty good restaurant right next door.

Not too much to improve on, but in a hotel the most important items to spend money on are the mattresses and these, unfortunately were average.

View is always a welcome sight. We usually take 80 across country but when we take 70 we always stay here. Old school but high class. Beautiful grounds, & restaurant next door. Miss the salad bar at the remodeled restaurant, but nothing to do with the hotel.

The fact that I can’t seem to wake up early enough to enjoy a wonderful breakfast. I have heard this from my husband as well as other guests.

The location of the hotel overlooking the Green River, was picturesque, close to the highway yet far enough that our room was quiet. A wonderful restaurant is located next door and a local highlight, a historical museum, is across the street. The breakfast was more nutritious than most hotels/motels offer. The staff at the breakfast were superb. Everything everywhere was clean.

Front desk staff aren't always available during reasonable times; it was difficult to find a trash can anywhere near the beautiful outside lounge area;

Very quiet, and safe. Excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The bonus is the breakfast from the hotel. The food was great, and the chef was not only wonderful, but a wonderful person. Always smiled and was concerned over our experience.

The cost was very expensive. Room was outdated (bed however was very comfortable) The TV was poor. Very poor television. Not a clear picture and very outdated functioning of remote control. The shower was very good.
