The staff were really great!! The owner and his family went out of their way to provide the best service possible. We arrived on the train at 11:30 pm and they picked us up and drove us to the hotel. Next day, the owner drove us to Moab.. Then, when we got back to Green River they provided us transportation from the bus stop and to the train station the following morning. All at very reasonable prices. This was SO important bc transportation options are very limited in Green River. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast was good. Hats off to the entire staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great! They're very pet friendly and have plenty of room out in their lot for walking about. It's very close to the few restaurants in the area, so that helps. Not far from Moab and a perfect spot if you're driving home to Colorado from Vegas. Would rent again for sure.

The pool was closed. I would like to come again on my next trip to find that situation fixed, as it was a major reason I picked the spot. Everything else was great and exactly as expected. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, and the location is just a good and easy spot for a rest with your fur babies.

The staff are very courteous, the rooms were very clean, I needed a room on the bottom floor because I had a handicapped dog, they not only accommodated me, but gave me a king bed without charge, when there were no queens left. I travel monthly and test out motels that are budget friendly America's best Values inn is great!! I'll definitely use them again!! Oh and the mattress was amazing to sleep on.

This option is more affordable than Moab, conveniently located close to Canyonlands National Park, and especially ideal for those on Day trips from the Escalante, UT, or Capitol Reef area (Grand Circle trips), offering easy access to multiple parks and attractions.

The bathroom floor was dirty, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and comfort of the space.

Good Continental breakfast. Room appeared to have been renovated fairly recently. No chips or rotting door bottoms from bathroom water. Carpets clean, new looking. Ceramic coffee cups in room, not paper cup. Drapes closed completely. Appreciated male receptionist finding us a first floor room even though having an almost full house. We are in our 80s.

Sausage or vegan sausage and scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Even though the room was on the small side it met our needs. Large screen TV, fridge and microwave. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

They need to provide decaffinated coffee as an option either in the breakfast room or in the room for those of us who cannot have caffeine.

Convenient for our road trip. Good breakfast offered until 9:30am. Very nice staff greeted us pleasantly and wished us well in the way out.

No elevator. My husband is disabled and they had no first floor rooms. The stairs had a stain on the floor on the bottom landing and the second floor smelled funky. The room did not have the same smell.

The lady at the front desk was Awesome!!!! She was very friendly and talked to us about our trip. We were about 2. 1/2 hours early for check in but she went ahead and checked us in, she also noticed I had issues walking die to my knee and she put us on the first floor instead of having to go up and down the stairs.

This place was AMAZING!! TOP KNOTCH!! SO CLEAN!! They staff is beyond helpful!! letting us know open places for food and pure helpfulness on explaining etc .. example what The restaurants served that we open one being a good truck and the times they closed also... The waffle batter ran out and instead of no more waffles they refilled it! As a person who is in the good industry but has worked in hotel I KNOW that is RARE!! You only see that in ETHICAL CARING people!! 5 stars 💯

More towels 2 hair towels 2 body towels so 2 people in one room have their own towels but that's literally just a thing this place is GREAT

We were given ground floor, as requested. The only one available was also dog friendly, but we were happy to be ground floor even though we do not travel with pets. The manager quickly resolved the issue with access code not working.

Towels could have been softer.
