Everything seemed clean, which is the most important part of staying in a hotel. There was an issue with shower not turning on (learned later that you need to pull stronger), but the receptionist swapped a room for us right away, and it was after midnight too (we arrived very late), so we really appreciated that. Breakfast was alright. I saw there was a trail along the river not too far from the hotel, but unfortunately didnt have a chance to go there.

There was a weird smell as we entered our room, but it wasn't too bad and didn't bother us during our stay, couldn't place what it was

The location was great for our purposes. It had a warm decor that added to the overall comfort. It is RIGHT NEXT to a park with covered areas (pavilion tables). Great place to decompress after a long drive. There was a full tour bus that checked in while we were there. The staff was most impressive and we admired the way in which they processed and accommodated that many guests. The staff was a fine example of a good work ethic.

The signage within the town could be better, but that is something not in the hotel’s control.

My sister and I are rockhounders. This hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the area. The hotel was fantastic! Very clean, well appointed, great breakfast (sausage, eggs, etc...), wonderful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

My sister and I are extremely particular when it comes to hotels. There was absolutely nothing I would suggest to improve this hotel or our stay. It really was THAT good!

All I expect from any hotel is that it is clean and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. This hotel fulfilled these requirements plus included a good breakfast.

The alarm clock went off at 6:15am, more than an hour before I needed or planned on waking up. I did not set it nor did housekeeping unset it. When I mentioned it to the front desk it was clear that they didn't care. Another guest overheard me talking and said the same thing happened to her. In the future I will unplug any alarm clocks in the room as they have become irrelevant to anyone with a cell phone.

Very comfortable room and bed. Location really good with excellent restaurant in easy walking distance (Tamarisk👌). Breakfast the best we've had anywhere 😋. Would certainly stay again.

Coffee in reception only available in the morning, although that's not a deal breaker.

Front desk staff very nice and welcoming. Room very nice and comfortable and the hot tub and pool were nice. Very good hot tub jets. The hotel was very quiet I slept great.

There was no screen on my window and I would have liked to have the window open at night but too many bugs outside and worried about mosquitoes.

I stayed for two nights while visiting Crater Lake National Park. The location is good for visiting the park. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly. They have a couple tables and benches where you can sit outside. It’s very pretty with lots of flowers

Breakfast was good, good variety of types of food. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly!

Lighting in room could be better and there needs to be a freezer section in the fridge. There needs to be more luggage carts and they need to use lubricant on the really sqeaky wheels on the two carts they do have.

We stay here anytime we are in Green River or passing through on our way home and need an overnight stay. Very nice hotel, staff is friendly, beds comfortable, good pillows and everything always works properly

This is a basic hotel that served us really well. After five days on Lake Powell with no hot showers and makeshift beds, we were thrilled. Beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure, dogs were welcomed and we all found something to eat for breakfast.

Don't expect luxury, just a decent bed, working AC and a friendly person to check you in.
