We were only at the hotel for 24 hours but we loved EVERYTHING and are really looking forward to going back as soon as possible (although we shouldn't say that too loud as we would love to keep it to ourselves). Two absolutely 'stand-out' qualities of the Madeloc Hotel and Spa were the kindness and patience of the staff, as well as the pool / jacuzzi facilities. Not a 'cheap' hotel but worth every penny in our view for a wonderful, romantic getaway to Collioure. Just excellent, thank you so much.

This hotel is just really cute. Great location (easily walkable to town but away from the crowds), FANTASTIC rooftop pool and really great breakfast. rooms are well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful.

There is only one minor thing I would suggest to improve the hotel. Would be great to offer some kind of coffee, drinks service on the roof by the pool. I understand why they don't want to do this.. but it would add something extra at a minimal cost to the Hotel. I also think they would make extra money doing this.

Lovely hotel close to the station. The staff were exceptional. Two reception staff helped with our travel when trains were cancelled. The receptionist who checked us in gave us a map and explanations. We followed his recommendations and had an excellent dinner and a Tapas lunch.. He carried our heavy cases to and from our room and made us coffee after we spent two hours on a station platform. The lady receptionist at lunchtime on 29th phoned SNCF concerning our onward travel. The lady in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful, good recommendations for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choice including local dishes. Location is very good for the train station and pretty good for the old town. We didn't try the pool as the Mediterranean Sea is <10 mins walk and very safe swimming in beautiful clear blue water. Loved Collioure and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional service, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and all facilities were perfect, pool area lovely, nice jacuzzi, free pool towels included. Comfortable temperature in bedroom, and bathroom and shower excellent. Easy walk to town, although areas of path close to hotel not all that suitable for baby strollers

Only fault was I would have liked a slightly thinner pillow (used cushion), and single beds smaller than average.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well located. Their own description of facilities is honest and true. The staff are helpful, friendly and attentive. The EV charger was a bonus for us, it's a 10.4 KW charger, charged at 10€ for one charge, so our advice is to use the time well. We will definitely use the hotel again.

A small concern. The coffee making facilities were a bit high in our room. Located on top of a cabinet we thought it a little dangerous as you have to reach over holding a boiling kettle.

I was staying 2 nights in the hotel Madeloc. Everything was excellent. I was with my daughter. The room is clean, all necessary things you can find in the bathroom. The location is great, 6 min from the railway station and 10 min from the city centre by walking. The breakfast was tasty. On the roof of the house a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi which we thoroughly enjoyed. I will return there again ☀️

Great location, close walk from the train station, as well as the downtown area and beaches. We loved the breakfast option. The hot tub was great, with a good view. The pool said it was heated, but it was pretty chilly for our crew. We didn't end up spending much time in the pool, but did enjoy the hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool said it was heated, but didn't feel very warm. We did stay in early April, so perhaps it gets warmer with the weather.

Great welcome from reception when we arrived . Great recomendation for restaurant Casa Leon fantastic meal . Cute little hotel very clean and nice decor . Lovely breakfast ,Nice pool although we didnt have time to use it . Near to town ,although a bit hilly on way back up . Dog friendly and parking .

Too many steps as no lift ,although we knew this and decided the pluses outweighed this when we booked .

Exceptionally helpful & friendly staff & owner. Attractive spacious room. Lovely rooftop pool with plenty space & different areas & hot tub.

The climb from town and then again to pool! Handy for station though, despite short uphill climb. NB the pretty tree-fringed far end of solarium also can mean mosquito bites!
