Was a great stay, the room provides full privacy what was exactly what was searching for. Have a great bath tub (works perfectly) + private pull that are perfect and the organic breakfast amazing(they even adjusted it for our food restrictions and brought it fresh on the time we settled). There was also a small fridge and microwave in the room that allowed us to bring food to the room. Most of all, all staff respect our request for privacy, was an amazing stay for my partner and I.

The only down point (a bit) the water in the bathroom passed the shower area sometimes during showers, making the whole bathroom wet, but the staff helped us when that happened.

Very special place. Big room and bathroom, cute little garden with private pool. Very quiet place in the middle of nature. Staff is very friendly and accommodating I give them a 10

Interior maybe a little dated. Because there are not many choices of restaurants around a little kitchen would be convenient instead of a jacuzzi. Because the quietness of the location is such a quality it would be good to prohibit playing music. Our neighbors clearly didn’t appreciate the stillness.

Back to nature boutique set of apartments kitted our with old furniture. Small outdoor pool and restful area to take advantage of during good weather. Secure area with parking but note: access is not possible before 2 pm even with the pass number. Staff our remote but helpful, though speaking some Spanish would help when calling the general number.

Safe deposit box is something we feel to be important for securing valuables wasn’t working and, even if it was, was not attached to the wall and very light ie easy to walk away with. No kettle. Us British love our cuppa!!

Our apartment was very private, with an own garden, outdoor pool and whirlpool. We couldn't use the garden due to the cold weather but it must be great in summer. The location is outside of Cuenca (10min with car). We enjoyed the breakfast a lot, it was of very good quality and offered a wide variety. The staff was very friendly, eventhough English was a bit of a problem.

We were there in winter (4°C) and it was freezing cold inside. We had an AC that worked as a heater, but it was just not enough. Especially the floor was too cold to walk on. At least a rug on the floor would have been helpful. The whirlpool was nice and warm, but afterwards the whole room was very wet.

Forest surroundings are very beautiful, the house has a nice yard for an evening or breakfast and it is cozy inside. Bathtub adds to the coziness a lot.

It was unclear how to schedule a breakfast. Also, we stayed in Mimosa house and while the door to the area has keycard access but the door to the house itself didn't lock. Bathroom sink didn't have hot water and lighting in the hot tub didn't work.

We booked for two nights and loved it so much we booked two more. The room was perfect, sumptuous comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom, superb jacuzzi, smart tv. The suite was just beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and brought to the room. The manager was so helpful and worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed. We have already booked for later in the year.

No negatives for us .

What a fabulous venue. A lovely warm welcome and comfortable accommodation in an amazing setting. Gated security, so I felt really safe as a solo traveller. Breakfast was out of this world and loved the jacuzzi bath and wood burner fire (December stay). 😊

Nothing ! If I had to be picky a waste bin in room and a kettle to make tea would have been nice. But the microwave did the job and there was a bin in bathroom.

It is in a small town, outside the city so looks like is normal when there is not water for hours. Unfortunately I had a bad day due to no water in the whole day and night. Can’t even use the toilets due to that. Anything else was amazing to disconnect a a little bit from the city

Great 'boutique" hotel an easy drive into Cuenca. Comfortable, quiet room with separate sitting area and your own private "yard" and you can pull up your car right next to the room. Tasty, ample breakfast brought right to your room. Adequate closet/drawer space. You'll need to let the hotel know slightly ahead of your arrival.

Slightly cramped bedroom with microwave/coffee maker in closet next to bed -- but minor quibble. Occasional wifi hiccoughs, but that's to be expected in a semi-rural location.

Unusual, quirky and very private with our own little garden. Enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi - a real treat! Short drive into Cuenca - parked near the tourist information centre just off the main road.

Can’t think of anything we disliked - perhaps slightly difficulty in finding the place.
