The main lodge was a fantastic space filled with restaurants, bar, gift shops, and amazing views. The Blue Heron bar made drinks to order in a friendly atmosphere, and viewing the Tetons and wildlife from the main terrace was nothing short of divine. There were several options for coffee and breakfast, and an impromptu hike off the back of the lodge boasted spectacular scenery. The cottages were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of parking, but a little noise could be heard from neighboring rooms, and there is no view from within.

The dated feel of the cottages overshadowed their comfort, and The Mural Room cuisine was severely overpriced for the poor quality of the dishes. Everything was burned to a crisp, flavorless, and thoroughly disappointing for our entire party.

We booked this hotel last minute as we ran out of our previous hotel at 9:30 PM because of a spider infestation. We couldn't have been more relieved to enter the facilities at Jackson Lake Lodge. When we got to the desk, they hadn't received our booking yet (probably because we made it 10 minutes earlier) but they were so kind and allowed us to stay and promised to apply the payment to our room as soon as it came through. We finally got a good nights sleep. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning with the coffee provided in our room, and we loved hanging out on the back patio of the main lodge looking at the mountains. This place is awesome.

The price is a little overkill, don't you think? But that's the nature of these NPS lodges unfortunately.

The location was fantastic. The view from the restaurant was amazing and the food in the evening was delicious as was the service. We loved the coffee cart selling great coffee and pastries. Horse riding was a great experience as was the boat trip on the Snake River.

The room as far as size and amenities was also great but it did have a musty smell. We are not complaining about this and it did not spoil anything of our holiday at all. We did feel a little close to the lodge next door when sat outside, so would have been nice to have a little more privacy. We felt that the choice of eating places was a little limited - in that if we didn't have a booking in the main restaurant we had little choice but to eat in the diner which we felt lacked atmosphere and isn't really our choice of food.

Crowded so we made reservations for dinner when we arrived. Excellent service but food in the Mural Room was not exceptional. Staff was exceptional. Checking was easy & quick. Breakfast at Grill was great! Highly suggest for quick service & good food.

There were people who checked into their room at 11:30 pm on the other side of the back wall of our room who were having fun & whooping it up. Walls are rather thin & they woke us up & carried on for an hour. The people next to us commented on it as well. Just the way it is in a motel type setting.

service was excellent! staff were helpful and cheerful! Lobby and reception areas were awesome with a spectacular view of Teton Range Most importantly, there was WiFi in the room! That's a basic necessity in this day and age!

Except the receptionist David from California was inexperienced. He charged mle twice for incidentals. And now I see more deductions. Please ensure it is fully refunded.

The scenery was out of this world. The food at Pioneer Grill was tasty and affordable. The wait staff at the grill were all friendly and helpful.

The roll away bed was not in the room at arrival and wasn't delivered until much later in the day, after we called to ask about it. When we received it, there were small twigs and leaves folded up in it with the sheets and blankets.

The lodge cabins were very spacious and comfortable. We loved being right in the park, and the reception staff was great.

Our experience in the Mural Room was awful. The food was mediocre, and our server was obscene and bad. It was the first time in my life (I am 71) that I complained to a restaurant supervisor.

The restaurants are lovely, the view from the foyer is incredible and the rooms are great with a little kitchenette and spacious bed room. We saw moose right outside the lodge.

It would be great if the coffee place opened a. Little earlier if you’re wanting a coffee (which was excellent) prior to setting off for an early morning hike.

LOCATION FOR BREAKFAST IN THE MURAL ROOM WAS SUPERB. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, THOUGH IT COULD HAVE SOME MORE OPTIONS.

WE STAYED 6 DAYS IN THE HOTEL, AND OUR ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED UP. ONCE I SAW THE EMPLOYEE AND ASKED FOR NEW TOWELS AND WE GOT THOSE AFTERWARDS, BUT THE ROOM AND TRASH WAS NOT CLEANED UP.......

The view from the lodge and restaurant is unmatched. Wildlife viewing right from the hotel or your cabin is amazing. The Mural room restaurant was great with an amazing first class view of the Tetons. Pricey but gets you in the park.

Cabins are a little small and crammed for 4 people but overall nice accomodations.
