All the staff were super nice and always available. The goodies they offered guests in the office varied daily, didn't need to go out for breakfast if you're a light eater. Excellent coffee bar in adjacent store to office. Bed were so comfortable and soft, great pillows too! Location was North of Jackson, very quiet area. Sunrise across from hotel was beautiful. Good budget friendly hotel if you book WAY in advance as we did. Otherwise very expensive! ( But EVERYTHING is in the area, including parks.)

Bathroom was really small, toilet was low so if you have knee or back problems, ( as I do) it was painful to use. I would recommend a handicap room next time. The parking lot has very bright lights at night, so the room never has complete darkness. Door trim needs to be replaced, cold air comes through and light as well.

Nice and not-so-expensive (by Jackson standards anyway) place to stay just outside the town of Jackson. Rooms were very clean and comfortable - a bit of an old school hotel vibe. Convenient store on the property for snacks and gas. We used this stay the night before starting a multi-day hike in Grand Teton NP and it was the perfect location for that. I would stay here again upon returning to Jackson.

Rooms were little cramped - I struggled to open the refrigerator door enough to get a pizza box inside as the door wouldn't fully open in the refrigerator location right beside one of the beds.

I really loved staying here ... I normally stay at Hampton Inns when traveling but the one here in Jackson is not worth what they charge AT ALL so I decided to take a chance on this hotel. I loved it! It's not super fancy... but the rooms are well appointed, clean, the staff is incredibly nice, the location seriously could not be better, the wifi is great and free, the TV channels are great for when you want to wind down. Everything works - the store is literally in the same parking lot if you need anything. Beds are very comfy! They are pet friendly and the pet fee is very small.

The only thing I would have liked would be an included breakfast like at chain hotels.

Great views across the plains, nice room with various gadgets short drive to Jackson hole and small grocery store onsite with free coffee for residents.

Curtains didn’t have tie backs and covered about 1/3 of the windows blocking the view ! Crazy, I used some cloth to tie back the curtain but didn’t think of this till quite late in the stay. Jackson for us was very overpriced. Some lovely shops and great bar The million dollar cowboy bar was worth a visit. I spoke with people who ate out, all said was very mediocre and poor value. Would not recommend this place. You can do white water rafting from the Tetons and would not be next to the roads.

Location was perfect! it is on the main road between Jackson and Grand Teton NP, so easy access to both and not far from the airport! The road wasn’t noisy imho but they cleverly provided a white noise machine. The view of the mountains from our window was stunning! The beds were very comfy, the room was cozy the shower was warm and powerful. The room had a mini fridge freezer and a microwave which was really helpful! The staff were all friendly and helpful! The access to complimentary selection of delicious hot drinks in the store until midnight was great as well in room facilities to make our own. The grab and go breakfast was fine… pre packed fruit pastries /cookies and fresh fruit and available from 6am which was great to fuel up before heading to the park for an early hike!

Minor request but personal preference only… would have liked to have decaf coffee available … plenty of other options available

Modern and Updated decor with newer a/c, wood paneling, appliances. Towels and linens were high quality and fluffy fresh. Tub was so clean you could actually take a bath, if desired. Guest Laundry 2 washers, 2 dryers were new large capacity machines, very clean. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker were newer and clean. Housekeeping had adorned the room with origami animal and flower shapes from towel and tissues.

Needed more hangers than 6 provided. Old fashioned key and fob were nostalgic but bulky to carry, prefer electronic door key.

Room is a typical room in the area, so don't expect a standard 4-star experience here but it does the job. Location is great if you are going to Grand Teton or Ski in winter. Jackson Hole is 1 miles away, a very cute resort town got everything you need and cool restaurants. Staff made extra effort to clean the room. It is a highlight of this hotel. Front desk is extremely helpful, warm. They accommodated a few requests we made. Big shout out to all the staff!

The room prices seems fluctuate a lot. We booked one month in advance and learned it was actually about the same price to book on spot and some days can be cheaper. They have a price sheet on the wall showing $100/ day stay for a 7 days booking. Not sure how updated it is but It does make me feeling like overly paid.

Excellent value for the area. The room has everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. It's a road side motel on the way into Grand Teton National Park so the location is what you are paying for. It's also only a 5 minute drive outside of downtown Jackson. There is a nice view of the elk refuge and mountains directly in front of the motel. You can also get a morning coffee free at the convenience store and gas station that shares an access road and parking lot.

Morning traffic going into the Grand Teton can be noisy. If you get to the room late in the evening you'll have to park far away from your room.

We planned this driving vacation to Grand Teton and Yellowstone on short notice, and available options were scarce and incredibly expensive. We originally booked a place to stay in Driggs, Idaho, that would have required an hour and 20 minutes of driving each way, each day. We are so glad a room opened up at Flat Creek Inn just before we had to pay for the other reservation. It is situated halfway between Jackson, WY (where all of the restaurants, shops, etc. are) and the entrance to Grand Teton National Park - so really the best possible location if your primary focus is on exploring the National Park. There is a convenience store and gas station, and free coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby of the convenience store. It is directly across from and has sweeping views of the National Elk Reserve, and we were told that in winter when the herds come down into the valley you can watch them spread across the vast reserve. Although the prices ran about $300/night, that was still a relative bargain compared to the prices at other available hotels in Jackson. It was 1/3 higher than the cabin we had booked in Driggs, but saved us 3 hours a day of round-trip commuting - well worth the trade off.

Mattresses are too soft for us, but nevertheless we slept well. Had to drive to get to any restaurants.

Beds were comfortable and the room was fine. TV had lots of channels and a guide so you could choose. (I'm in a different hotel now and you have to flip channel to channel to try and find something.) Location just outside of town worked well.

They could have some sheer inner curtains so the blackout drapes could be opened during the daytime for more light without people seeing in.
