Location was top notch. We could walk into town easily, come back to the room to drop things off or change easily. Parking was super easy and I appreciated that I could see my car from my room.

During our four day stay, we had multiple instances where we seemed to have run out of hot water. Not being able to take a hot shower after some longer days outside was a bummer but the hot tub helped us thaw out! Separately, the room had an odd layout and rather random lighting sources. There was minimal counter space which made getting ready as a group somewhat difficult.

The hotel is a little dated but has all that you need for a short stay. Within easy walking distance of dining places. Reception staff very friendly and offered plenty of information. The included breakfast was more than ample with sufficient choice of hot and cold items whcih were constantly replenished and the area kept clean as people came and went. parking was easy enough, and free, between the two parts of the building. Perhaps rather expensive for what it is but the location probably accounts for this - Jackson isn't cheap!

Breakfast was better than 2 star hotels, they had the typical hard boiled and scrambled eggs, instant oatmeal, but also sausage, potatoes, corn, tortillas and cheese to make a wrap, biscuits with sausage gravy, toaster waffles and pancake machine. We had a triple room with 2 beds and a pull out couch (the pull out was typical not so good mattress), but had a nice long counter at one end with small fridge and microwave and coffee machine, good space to spread out food and make lunches.

For a good size room the bathroom was small. Need tissues in the room. Pull out couch mattress was pretty bad.

This facility is very well-located near the centre of Jackson. Provides good buffet breakfast and the rooms are sizeable and well-equipped. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Jackson Hole, and the surrounding area, is one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

This is essentially a large motel. That is not a criticism, just the reality. On that basis, it could be viewed as overpriced. However, the cost reflects just how expensive it is to stay in the Jackson Hole area.

We were placed in the unattached building. No elevators. The short distance across the parking lot wasn't as inconvenient as we first thought it might be. Hot tub was very comfortable. Pool was great temperature compared to most hotels. We were close enough to downtown to be able to walk. Breakfast was good. Quite a variety of hot and cold dishes.

Couldn't eat the scrambled eggs because they were made with milk (allergen), but would have liked to eat them. Guy manning the kitchen was unwilling to make more gravy for the biscuits. After much interaction, he begrudgingly fixed more gravy, but he was not happy about it.

Our room was n the second floor and there is no elevator in the building and there was a weird smell in the building. When you open the door, it almost goes directly into the bathroom sink, so it's difficult to get luggage through the door when the sink is in the way. Breakfast was good but the same thing every day gets old real fast.

Room: was missing luggage racks. Had to call the front office and they sent (1) one only up Had to ask for another one. The TV was not responding to the remote control. I Called the office around 8:30pm and the clerk said she would have maintenance come up and look at it. Waited an hour and no one ever came, Went to the front office next morning and was told to try and make sure the connections were tight. Had to all the front office again to have a maintenance person come, who fixed the problem.

Great location. Huge room. Excellent breakfast selection. The pool was great.

Our only complaint is the security of the property. Front door (and other outside doors) not locked at night (even when we came back at 1:00 in the morning). The door by our stairwell was always left wide open (outside door) and when we mentioned it we were told that the person doing the laundry likes to leave it open.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in during my trip in the states. Great friendly staff, I could burrow bear spray. Swimming pool and spa are great and open untill quite late. Breakfast was very nice too. WiFi also very fast. Just a really special place overall. If you're planning to go to grand tetons, I don't think you can find a better option for this price.

Gym was a bit small and only power rack, no squatting. And toilet was clogged at the final day. The stop on the bath was a bit difficult to close, so it would drain slowly over time.

The breakfast was great! The location is perfect for taking a walk downtown and to nearby restaurants. It was comfortable, it was nice. I LOVED the fireplace and having a couch to sit on, while reading and writing. Staff was always kind and considerate.

Disappointed that their little store and vending machines did not have chocolate for sale. The crowd at the outdoor hot tub was loud, and staff didn't care if they were there past the 10:00pm close. Noisy at 12:20am. Ski groups constantly coming and going...noisy, party crowd. Not a place to stay if looking for peace and quiet.

Everything at this property was pretty good, it's just really dark outside my room none of the outside lights are working. My room was pretty clean it was a few pieces of candy on the floor and some Vape caps and my toilet seat was extremely loose I had to tighten it myself a little bit other than that it's pretty good. And the housekeeping Staff first thing in the morning kept slamming doors even after I mentioned something.
