This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Jackson within walking distance to everything. Another bonus is the washer/dryer in our Miller Park unit. It's more like a small studio or condo.

The breakfast was uneven. One day everything looked great. The next day "the truck didn't come" so there was a completely different offering from a grocery store. I totally get it and wasn't mad about it, but if you are looking for a hotel with amazing amenities, this probably won't be it. This is more for a great location and a little more room than a hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and personable. The location is excellent. The room had a fantastic kitchen / bar area. There was plenty of counter space. There was also a washer / dryer, which was much needed after a lengthy road trip. The walk-in shower was great. The mattress was firm, which the wife thought was very comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay while in Jackson.

The sliding bathroom door was a bit odd. I understand the reason why it was used in the room (space). However, the large gaps between the door and the wall hinder any privacy.

We stayed 2 separate nights, the first night, Savannah checked us in, she was extremely nice and helpful. The room we had was nice and spacious, but loud! the windows seemed like they were open, but they weren't. Just a lot of noise coming from the street. We stayed in one of the Miller Suites the second time, and it was really nice!

the room the first night was very spacious. The only downside was that the bathroom seemed really dark, but that was really the only downside. The noise level in the Deluxe King Suite was loud from the street noise.

We had a wonderful suite with a view. There was a real kitchen with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and even a washer and dryer. There is a terrace with the suite too. Super friendly staff. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and the city square. Highly recommend as a terrific value proposition.

Be aware that the road outside the suite is busy during the day with trucks. We didn't hear anything after 8:00.

The front desk manager Jade was amazing during our short stay. We needed to arrive early to meet a Yellowstone tour and store our bags. Jade even tried to help us find an alternative when our trip got cancelled. Our day was much longer than expected and Jade was there when we arrived at 11:15pm to help us get settled. The property and room were very nice. We were able to pamper ourselves a bit after our long day at Yellowstone. Our only regret is not having more time to stay there.

That we did not have more time to enjoy the hotel and area around it.

Rooms were big.everything was clean.

The whole reason I chose this property was because it had underground parking that we never got to use due to it being out of order. Slipping around on ice is what I wanted to prevent. Breakfast on the go needs to start earlier, ppl are going out to do things and would like something to snack on.. we were in the building behind the main building where 2 different rooms had our kids but we couldn’t get in to their building until we had them come down to let us in. There should also be a cover overhead between buildings. For the price I don’t see why something isn’t already there.

We loved our stay at the White Buffalo. We had easy walking access to downtown, plenty of room in our suite and a great balcony overlooking the park that ended up being where my (now) fiancé proposed. This hotel will always have a special place in our hearts now, can’t wait for our next trip back!

Certain parts of the hotel you could tell have been wore in but still overall very nice and clean.

Night of check in, the gentleman was very accommodating. Happy to see fruit water available near the elevator. Ladies who manned the desk the rest of the weekend not so attentive. No fruit water was there again :( - even after I had inquired about it. Carpet in room and hallways needs replaced. Laundry in room huge bonus. Our hairdryer did not work, had to wait at desk for more than 30 min to get a new one...

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good - but you take it back to your room. Nice variety of juices, fresh bagels and fresh fruit Yogurt and milk variety.

Unable to reach front desk by phone (from room it worked). Had to leave voicemails message. Room lighting was inadequate. Dishwasher was broken, unable to fix during our stay. Fire alarm went off for more than 15 minutes - no fire. Evacuated. Were compensated with 50 percent off room rate.

Convenient location with parking onsite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with space to move. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was Grab N Go style not a huge choice but adequate. Great to have a washer and dryer in the room and an elevator to access rooms on the 2nd & 3th floors.

Parking could be a little tight when restaurant is open but really not too much bother.
