The cabins are cozy & quaint and nestled into their own tiny village. The Cabin was clean, with the essentials needed to cook, shower, rest & enjoy a night in the hot tub.

The Bed was a Double, although it was listed as a queen; and tucked tightly against the bedroom exterior wall in a handicap accessible room. I am handicapped and this is definitely not ADA Compliant nor comfy and easily accesible. It was unmanageable for 2 adults to sleep with one jammed in the wall on a tiny bed. We are not large people, and this was disheartening for the fee charged

The breakfast was basically fruit, coffee, and some individually wrapped baked goods, but I don't remember breakfast being included, so was happy to just grab a banana and some coffee. Very quiet, no noise from neighbors. My son enjoyed the pool. It was an easy walk to town.

The shower, while beautiful and modern, was a bit tricky to navigate getting hot water. Hoped to make some breakfast, but really just the very basics for pans, etc. As noted in another review, if the sofa bed is pulled out, it's difficult to navigate around it to get to the bathroom. All minor issues, though, as it was a lovely place to stay!

Great little motel with views to the mountains. Rooms were specious and very clean. They included a fridge and microwave. Our kids appreciated the playground and practiced their roping skills on the roping stations outside the reception area. Sadly we were already booked for dinner so missed out on the complimentary wagon rides in the evening and music. The pool looked inviting. This motel is perfectly located next to the Cody Cattle Company and Rodeo. Easily walkable to both. Would stay here again if passing through Cody.

Pillows could do with an update and tea bags at the coffee station would be great, for those of us that don't drink coffee.

The property is within walking distance to the square in Jackson. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and ice cream! We also loved the layout! When you're inside the property boundaries, it doesn't feel like its close to a busy town center. It has lots of shade, the streets are clean, and it was very quaint. The laundry center was very helpful! Our cabin for 2 was simple and small but VERY CLEAN. The bed was comfortable and the cooktop made it easier to do breakfast before early morning hikes. We absolutely recommend this place and will be booking here during our next trip!

1 of the washing machines and 1 of the dryers didn't cycle properly and it just happened to be the ones we used. We ended up having to pay double to rewash and then redry everything.

Location was amazing - walking distance to all the most amazing shops and restaurants. Room was small but very cute and rustic it was comfortable and we didn't spend much time in the room! Having the pool, hottub and gym was a nice addition.

Staff wasn't overly friendly and sometimes would just make you wait at the front desk while they were on the computer or what looked like personal phones. I called ahead of time and the staff was willing to organize taxi for our arrival but when I asked for help booking a taxi for departure the staff member said they don't call taxis for guests. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming - to the point I probably wouldn't even bother advertising that.

Staff was friendly and helpful, continental breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, studio cabin made a good use of space and was very comfortable, hot tub and pool were huge perks, pans and dishes were in good condition, housekeeping every day is uncommon these days and was very nice to have, excellent location right in town, superb value.

Cabin could use more hooks. We had an issue with the thermostat, but once I let staff know they fixed it immediately. Wish there was a paved path or stepping stones between parking spot and cabin door; was getting muddy in spring.

The Resort is beautifully set, just outside downtown Jackson, arranged in a neat layout of very well kept cabins and buildings the view of the surrounding mountains is great, and the grounds are beautifully kept and decorated. The cabin (a deluxe family, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living equipped with sofà bed) was comfy and cozy, with all the services you can possibly store in such a compact space. The sofà bed was surprisingly comfy to sleep in. The decor is classic mountains. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

The overall cleanliness is good, although thick layers of dust lay on the wooden ceiling and on the upper parts of the walls. Prices are crazy: the fact that Jackson is a very popular destination doesn't justify such a high price for 1 mid week night at he end of August spent in a tiny wooden home where 5 people fit just... just. This costed the 10/10.

I liked the privacy of the individual cabins and we could put our kids to bed and still have a separate living space to hang out in. I like that you can park right in front of your cabin, so it's easy to haul your ski stuff in and out. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms seemed newly renovated and nice. It was easy to get to, close to town and a nice place to stay.

This may have been an off night, but I took my kids to the pool in the evening around 7pm on a Sunday and it was like a party in there. We still got in the pool, and there's not much to be done about it, but was kind of a bummer on our last night. The previous time I took them to the pool, at like 3pm, there was no one there. So it all depends I guess.

Location. Ease of getting to JHMR using the free bus service. The grounds and facilities were quaint and fit in with the surroundings.

The shower needs to be more enclosed. Even after we turned the shower head towards the wall the spray still got all over the bathroom door and floor. Also, the cabin door needs to be weatherproofed better. We needed to put towels around the door creases to keep the draft out. The towels actually ended up freezing to the door! That being said the cabin did stay warm after sealing the door with the towel.

Great location near the center of town but far enough to be quiet & peaceful. Parking is easy right by your cabin, making it so convenient to os o & unpack the car. We liked the cabins with a pleasant balcony where we could relax at the end of a hiking day.

Breakfast isn’t really breakfast: just a coffee service with some pre-packaged high sugar pastries + apples & bananas. We wish they at least offered some yogurt and cereal… so we bought food at the groceries & cooked breakfast at the cabin
