Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety, appreciated that there were fresh cut, strawberries, and lots of other fruits available. Hot food was very good, eggs nicely done. Also nice to have bagels and bread and peanut butter available if need be for a lunch on the go later in the day

Breakfast was weak at best for the $ amount paid per night. Water and daily hiking snacks were provided and that was good.

The Toilet was leaking and took more than 24 hours to get repaired. A number of excuses were given as to why it wasn't fixed sooner. Should have been fixed before we got there. The hotel maintenance knew about the problem.

Hotel was great. Provided us with shuttle to the slopes and to the airport when departing also.

All good.

$420 is pretty expensive for a night, however it is Jackson. I think the facility would benefit from some updating at some point. The shower was pretty abused.

We loved staying here. The location is perfect. It is a short drive to Jackson Hole. It’s also within walking distance to everything in the town of Jackson. We loved having a suite with ample space, a kitchen and a fireplace. Although buffet breakfast is not being held, there is a pre-ordered continental breakfast that they bag up and have ready for you in they morning. There is a nice variety of high quality items to select from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is directly behind the property and easy to access.

We found the mattresses to be too soft and the bed linens to be to thin and easy to get tangled and untucked. I acknowledge that mattress firmness is a personal preference.

We loved the location. Property was clean and the staff was great!

The rooms were incredibly tight, small. Unlike any other Homewood I’ve ever stayed in. There were three of us. Room was also incredibly overpriced. I realize it’s Jackson, I’ve stayed in the area multiple times. We’ve never paid that much for such a small room.

The lobby was very nice and clean.

The carpet in our room was beyond atrocious. It had holes in it and it was the most filthy carpet we have ever seen!! So disgusting . We would not stay here again.
