The location was really good. They provided fresh towels every day.

The parking lot not plowed even when it snowed. The room was smaller than picture’s shown. The lighting was poor(although they did give us an extra lamp when we requested).

Great walking distance from Jackson Town Square and the rodeo! King bed was very comfy and we slept great. The staff was so kind and helpful! Our flight home got delayed an entire day the morning of our checkout day and although there was no availability that night at miller park lodge, they allowed us a late checkout so we could get things sorted out with our flight and finding a hotel for that night. Their kindness was so appreciated and really helped make a very stressful situation better.

A few maintenance things were needed in our room like the bathrooms were due for painting/renovating and the bathroom doorknob was loose but super minor things compared to the convenience of the location and how friendly the staff was! Also we didn’t find out until halfway through our stay that our door did not automatically lock unless you press the lock button when you leave. Just a heads up! Otherwise it was a wonderful experience!

Close to town . We walked to Liberty Burgers. Delicious!

Tight parking for our camper. Why are we Not camping . It is below freezing at night

The location was excellent. Walking distance to great shopping and food. The deck outside our room had a beautiful view of the ski slopes, and was a great place for us to get together after a long day of training.

There was hair in the tub. The tub floor looks as though it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, It could possibly be because of the age of the bathroom. The room was very warm, the air conditioner kept kicking off. When you go to update your rooms like it looks like you tried to do, don't do a halfway job. People notice when your tying to put a bandaid on a gaping wound.

Loved the location. It was very easy to walk to around the city. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It did have a small kitchen area with sink, microwave and refrigerator which was nice. There was only a small closet, no ironing board or dresser to really unpack. We ended up living out of our suitcase which was fine as we only used the room to sleep and then we were out all day so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There was also an ice machine and daily room service.

Pricing seemed on target for other similar accommodations in the area for the time we visited (late September).

We loved their check in process. The room was just as we expected, no surprises. It was clean and adequately stocked with towels and other supplies. We were nervous when we drove up to see the construction going on next door, but it was quiet. Even the other guest were quiet and friendly when encountered in the parking lot. There was a gentleman that we saw constantly working to keep the outside of the property looking nice and clean. Really couldn’t have asked for more. It is also located next to a beautiful park and walking distance to downtown. Can’t say enough about this property.

Great location for visiting GTNP and easy parking. Super quick to walk to the shops and for breakfast/dinner etc and short drive for groceries etc if you need. The room was very clean and refreshed during our stay. Reception were really welcoming and friendly. Cute and cosy offering good value for money, I'd stay here again!

Room was on the smaller size but honestly didn't detract from the stay at all!

Our room had recently been refurbished so was bright and comfortable. Location is good. We were able to walk into the town centre easily and find good places to eat and shop.

The staff are not on site all the time. We had an issue with the coffee maker after 5pm and there was no one to contact for help. After a long day of exploring and an early start the next day not being able to have a cuppa would have been frustrating. Fortunately our daughter was in a nearby room so we used their appliance.

Room was appropriate size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Maid service was good, and staff were very personable. Location was good and price was reasonable considering it is in Jackson. 2nd time staying here and would stay there again.

No complaints.

We loved the location to downtown and that the space had a self contained, secure feel to it. Everything was very clean and there was a gentleman that was constantly cleaning the outdoor area creating a clean, welcoming environment. Everything was as expected and we had a flawless experience. This was an add on day to arrive a day early of our already booked 5 day stay.

There wasn't anything more needed. It was as expected and very much appreciated. We hope to return next year.
