Room was a good size and beds were very comfortable. The sink and vanity was outside the bathroom and was a nice size. The shower is large and always had hot water - very nice shower head. We had parking and the staff accommodated 2 cars for us for part of our stay which was a bonus. Our room had a sitting area that had a door to separate the bedroom area which was wonderful for those that stayed up later or woke up early. There was plenty of space for all our luggage (3 people in room). Coffee/tea/hot chocolate was always available in the lobby. They also had chocolate chip cookies available every night. Breakfast was a good array of choices. Yogurt, cereal, pastries, waffles, eggs etc. There is an onsite laundry room which my daughter used and she said it was easy to use, plenty of availability.

These are minor things and just for awareness for others. There are no shelves in the shower, we had to put our shampoo/soap on floor (there is shampoo and body wash on the wall thats supplied by the hotel). We were in the bottom level which is partial basement and windows are at the ground level. We took the room because it was available when we checked in 2.5 hrs early, but might have waited for a room that was on a higher level had we known windows were at ground level, but it really wasn't a big deal because we weren't there much. We still loved our room and would stay here again.

The rooms were a nice size with a small kitchenette. We loved having a sofa as well.

The manager was all about the money. The hotel was sold out, and we needed to drop only 1 night from only 1 of the 3 rooms we had booked. We paid in advance, and the manager made it very clear that we would pay the $500+ for the 1 room, 1 night, we needed to cancel if nobody else needed and paid for the room we had to vacate early. (One family had to leave a day early.) The second thing I will mention is the lack of seating for their breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and included, but everyone showed up at the same time, and with a sold-out hotel, that was a whole lot of people.

Arrived early and given our room straight away. A good 3hrs before check-in. A BIG THANKYOU from some weary travellers. Exceptional service and meant such a lot to us. Fab room, small but adequate. Super comfy bed. Great WiFi and TV. SUPER convenient location... walk into town is just a stroll! Ample parking. Old school charm of a motel with all modern facilities. Charming decor, nice mix of ski lodge/mountain vibe. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and always fully stocked and replenished. LOVED our stay, would happily recommend. Very expensive although we stayed over 4th July celebrations so everywhere had hiked prices.

Just the cost, but as mentioned, was a special date so we expected higher pricing over 4th July celebrations in Jackson.

The hotel is beautiful, ideally located, with ample parking. Breakfast was exceptional in variety and quality. We stayed in a family room with two queen beds and a sofa bed tucked into the separate kitchenette area, which was perfect for my teenage grandson. The shower/toilet room is separate from the vanity, with heated floors! Very functional.

It is a funny layout, in that the kitchenette behind bifold doors is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc., but is completely unusable when the sofabed is in use (and awkward even when folded up... There's no place to sit and eat.). But we weren't planning on cooking anyway, so not a problem in our situation.

Fantastic breakfast buffet! The heated tile floors were an awesome surprise. Beds very comfortable. Overall impression was that the room had plenty of amenities that felt higher end allowing for a more luxurious experience. Front desk staff always helpful and courteous. Evening cookies were delicious! Loved the location and being right in the heart of town.

Really have no complaints. Didn't use the pool as it was too cold to walk across the parking lot wet. ;) In summer might have used it. But don't feel this is any reason to complain, just personal choice.

We opted for a Queen Suite, given that there were two friends on this trip. I thought the rooms exceeded the pictures online. The only note on the room is that it would be nice to have half-n-half packets in there. Breakfast was exceptional and in a cozy area. The ladies in the breakfast room were nice and always supplied the area well. We SO appreciated the shuttle service to the airport and to Teton Village - this was a surprise and great bonus! Finally, we felt the hotel was located sell to walk to almost anywhere in Jackson.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was not very welcoming. The pool and spa were closed for repairs and had been for a few weeks but the hotel did not notify us of that ahead of time so we could decide if we wanted to change our destination. When we made our choice of hotels, the pool was a factor, as we hoped to have somewhere to relax after hiking. The "courtyard" was a small set of lawn furniture in the parking lot on a strip of grass. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was awful.

Breakfast was in good location. Unfortunately, I thought it closed at 10am so missed most of it. It closed at 9:30 and not much there as they were cleaning it up. Clean up staff helped get me a little to eat. They were very nice.

Room was very nice. The shower, although nice, needs an inside shelf for soap and shampoo. When in the shower, it is not possible to reach that stuff on the outside shelf as the door opens away from that, so you have to either take your stuff inside and put it on the wet floor or leave it outside the floor near the door opening.

Good variety at breakfast. Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. Loved the nightly chocolate chip cookies. Helpful front desk. Discount as repeat customers, if we needed to extend our stay. Convenient to walk to restaurants

Rm 2207. The heated tiles in the shower room didn't work. They came to reset them and it didn't fix it. I reported it again and didn't hear anything back. The shower drain was super slow. Showers were spent standing in 1 1/2 of water.

Location is great. You can walk to many stores and shops. Plus, it is on the north side of town so it is easy to head to the national parks and back without driving through the congested parts of town. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is starting to show its age - plumbing fixtures are looking old and are squeaky, toilet flushes slow, etc. I've stayed here a few times over the years. When the old Trapper Inn become the Lexington, there were a lot of upgrades and remodeling. It looked great, but that was some time ago and this hotel can use another refresh. I don't know if there will be changes with the recent Rockwell rebrand. It's priced about right. It's still nicer than the budget lodging options, but it is far from a luxury hotel.
