We had a wonderful time at the white buffalo club. We stayed in a miller park room and it was very clean with everything we would possibly need in the room. Heather and Savannah at the front desk were helpful and pleasant and the housekeeping crew always greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect for lots of restaurants in the square- all walking distance but we did also enjoy having parking at the hotel. In the morning it was very nice to grab a muffin or bagel before we headed to Grand Teton. It was a wonderful trip!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Jackson within walking distance to everything. Another bonus is the washer/dryer in our Miller Park unit. It's more like a small studio or condo.

The breakfast was uneven. One day everything looked great. The next day "the truck didn't come" so there was a completely different offering from a grocery store. I totally get it and wasn't mad about it, but if you are looking for a hotel with amazing amenities, this probably won't be it. This is more for a great location and a little more room than a hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and personable. The location is excellent. The room had a fantastic kitchen / bar area. There was plenty of counter space. There was also a washer / dryer, which was much needed after a lengthy road trip. The walk-in shower was great. The mattress was firm, which the wife thought was very comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay while in Jackson.

The sliding bathroom door was a bit odd. I understand the reason why it was used in the room (space). However, the large gaps between the door and the wall hinder any privacy.

We stayed 2 separate nights, the first night, Savannah checked us in, she was extremely nice and helpful. The room we had was nice and spacious, but loud! the windows seemed like they were open, but they weren't. Just a lot of noise coming from the street. We stayed in one of the Miller Suites the second time, and it was really nice!

the room the first night was very spacious. The only downside was that the bathroom seemed really dark, but that was really the only downside. The noise level in the Deluxe King Suite was loud from the street noise.

There was a little grab and go breakfast with yogurt, bagels, juices and such. Saved time and money in the morning. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had all full size appliances. The washer and dryer were great. The place was very close to everything but not right in the middle. We were able to walk to the Rodeo from the hotel as well as the square.

Parking was limited in their facilities but free street parking was easy to find. We were able to find parking in their lot par 2 out of 3 nights.

We had a wonderful suite with a view. There was a real kitchen with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and even a washer and dryer. There is a terrace with the suite too. Super friendly staff. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and the city square. Highly recommend as a terrific value proposition.

Be aware that the road outside the suite is busy during the day with trucks. We didn't hear anything after 8:00.

Great location wise and loved that we were able to check in early. The rooms itself was beautiful and comfortable! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Parking was a challenge in the afternoons. Parking would get full quick leaving some people without a parking space. Also the quick grab breakfast area looked unclean and the products looked like they have been there a while.

The front desk manager Jade was amazing during our short stay. We needed to arrive early to meet a Yellowstone tour and store our bags. Jade even tried to help us find an alternative when our trip got cancelled. Our day was much longer than expected and Jade was there when we arrived at 11:15pm to help us get settled. The property and room were very nice. We were able to pamper ourselves a bit after our long day at Yellowstone. Our only regret is not having more time to stay there.

That we did not have more time to enjoy the hotel and area around it.

Room location for great in the front desk staff very helpful. We has difficulty getting into the front door when we came home late late one night. We were lucky that the back door was a jar and we could get in that way. Otherwise we were about to call the police to help as no one picked up at the hotel number to help us get in.

Breakfast was disappointing especially since there was no way to eat it other than the room.

Rooms were big.everything was clean.

The whole reason I chose this property was because it had underground parking that we never got to use due to it being out of order. Slipping around on ice is what I wanted to prevent. Breakfast on the go needs to start earlier, ppl are going out to do things and would like something to snack on.. we were in the building behind the main building where 2 different rooms had our kids but we couldn’t get in to their building until we had them come down to let us in. There should also be a cover overhead between buildings. For the price I don’t see why something isn’t already there.
