The cabin was well laid out and comfortable. It was a quiet setting.

The shower had some issues. The layout of the faucet is odd where one has to get in the shower area to turn on due to the door position. So, you can get cold water on you. Also, the pressure was intermittent and surging. It took a little time to figure out that you have to push a button on the faucet handle to allow it to go to hotter water setting. Some instructions on the sink would be helpful. Also, the bed duvet is not conducive to attaining proper comfort. Either you have a single sheet which is too cool, or with the full duvet cover, it is too warm.

The whole property is amazing - so well maintained, beautiful, perfect location - very walkable to town. We were put in the spa suites which was great as far as breakfast in a small dining room, a private hot tub, patio, but we would have much preferred a creek-side cabin but didn’t realize what we had booked.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like, just wish we had bern able to choose a different room. It was dark, didn’t have a balcony or porch, and just a view of the parking lot.

Every last detail was outstanding! Comfortable and beautifully appointed room, well kept and very quiet. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Maid service was impeccable. The complimentary shuttle to town came in so handy! Gorgeous, scenic grounds. Wish I'd had more time to enjoy more of the facilities.

Cocktail food wasn't good and was over-priced. I'd recommend going somewhere else for that. I had coconut shrimp that was very overcooked. My partner had buffalo wings that were supposed to be sauced. They came out dry rubbed and when the waiter took them back for correction, he returned with the same wings with sauce slapped over them. Didn't taste good.

Location was great. The spa was excellent but a bit pricy. We really enjoyed the massage and the eucalyptus steam room. Enjoyed the fire pits in the grassy area at night. Free parking just down the road closer to the shops.

The mattress was terrible. Felt like I was rolling to the middle of the bed all night long. Personally one shower head would have been enough. The center shower head dropped cold water on your head when not in use. Just as information we stayed in cabin 304. No view from this cabin at all but when using Booking.com that is to be expected.

When we arrived, we met Cansel and Matthew. Matthew left shortly after we arrived; however, I must tell you how wonderful Cansel was great to work with. Smart, efficient, caring and such a great asset to your facility. You should be very proud of having such an individual representing your facility. No matter how many people were there - she handled everything efficiently and more importantly, with a great smile! We will be back and hopefully Cansel will be there!!! Do not let her go - she is terrific!

The bed - however, everything else was fine- I did not sleep well but that is probably due to the type of mattress but not sure, but I was happy to get home to my own bed! By the way, the cleaning staff at your facility is also great. Quick, efficient and certainly clean - I have an OCD personality!

Breakfast was more than we expected and staff was very nice for breakfast. The rooms were cozy and convenient to every thing. The fire pits and heated pool were nice . We enjoyed the bar in the evenings and the bar staff was great. The check in staff was awesome. We had a great time!!

There was a driver that shuttled us to town one evening that didn't speak good English but spoke enough to understand and I didn't catch his name but he was not friendly at all. He spoke English when he wanted to be short with us and seemed frustrated to take us to town. When I got out of the golf cart door and tried to close it he grabbed it from the inside and stopped the door as if he didn't want me to close it. I felt it push back on me when I got out of the back seat where he pushed it back from the driver seat. We had a Driver the night before who ran the front desk and helped us and he was awesome. All of the staff was great except for that one driver one evening. He may have just been having a bad night but didn't seem near as friendly as the rest of the staff.

Cabins we're clean, I'm an early riser so the reception area was open 24 hrs worked for me. Lovely grounds. Breakfast was delicious everyday. Staff was great.

The prices we're just crazy for hotel and whole town of Jackson. I knew this before but still was sticker shocked.

Fitness facility, breakfast included, location-easy walk to town, bar, nature walk with fire pits was amazing

The bus tours. We would’ve appreciated knowing that our 2nd morning for breakfast was so grossly over crowded because there were 3 buses full of people getting breakfast at same time as us. We had to sit downstairs at a coffee table with food on our lap. We were so disappointed and kind of put a damper on our very positive stay up to that point. Maybe there should be some sort of reservation / limit to deal with everyone coming at once. Also, while away from the inn, I got a call to move my car for the buses. The message didn’t ask, they told me I needed to move my car which was parked legally. I called back and told them we were not coming back to move the car and they would need to figure something else.

breakfast was great, free coffee. a wider variety of coffee creamer would have been nice. great parking. nice front desk staff, nice breakfast dining staff. the option for the shuttle was nice, but we had rented a car.

The website description did not really indicate that the property was right on a main highway- it makes it seem like you would be tucked away in the woods. this wasn't a problem, I just wasn't expecting to turn in off a major road. The dinner restaurant was understaffed, so we had to wait a long time for our food. I also think more effort needs to be made to keep the goose poop removed from walking paths.

The breakfast was really great, rooms very comfortable and walking distance to town (but they also had shuttle)

The main reason why I choose this hotel was because of the view that seemed to be beautiful in the photos. I know that spring there is off season and they take the opportunity to do some repairs at the hotel, but I was very disappointed that they put us in a room with no view at all, only a wall. They have some cabins at the same range near the lake and when I ask to move there, they said it wasn’t possible because they were closed but in the next day we saw that there was a couple staying there in cabin 137 which was empty before. Also the hot tub wasn’t clean.
