We had a great room on the first floor we had lots of space we were a few steps from the indoor pool. The hotel location was great a short it walk to main street. The main lobby was nice we were able to purchase water, juice and a few other items The hotel was full, very quite, the weather so nice we enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio.

We did have a problem using the TV either we couldn't figure out how to use the TV channels or the TV remote had a problem. We figure oh well, we have our iPads to past the time before we fell asleep. Wish they had a few washer and dryers, we did find a nice laundry a few miles away.

I loved the homey feel of the lobby lounge area, it was like sitting in someone's living room I loved the grab and go too. ( they had a little almost mini store in the lobby with water and soft drinks, snacks and even ice cream. Coffee and tea too..So you literally just grabbed what you wanted and off you went, spectacular idea! Location was fabulous you could walk everywhere. My room was excellent, so comfy. Lightning was fabulous as we're all of the many hooks to hang things on. The TV was easy to use and room was very spacious with a makeup mirror in the bathroom what a plus. I was very happy and if I ever come back to Jackson Hole I would definitely want to stay at the Parkway.

I have just a few things that I would change. The chair at the desk was terrible, you would sink down and could not use your laptop from that position, please just use a regular office chair. Robes would have been a plus. Oh and another blanket for the bed ( not wool.please)

My son and I had a great ski trip while staying at the Parkway Inn. The inn is located directly across the street from the Miller Park central bus stop for the express mountain shuttle which is only a 20 minute bus ride to the mountain as well as the bus stop for the shuttle from the airport and the free local bus that will take you pretty much anywhere in town. So, super convenient. Also, the hotel is two blocks away from the town green, Cowboy bar and all the hotspots. Easy walk to many restaurants. Free Starbucks coffee in the lobby each morning. The rooms have been recently renovated in traditional “mountain rustic” decor and are very nice. There are two doors to each room. One provides access from the hallway and the other is a door to the outside balcony that has stairs down to ground level. This is convenient when returning from the mountain with all your ski gear. Over all a very clean and convenient location that had pretty darn nice rooms

The only knock I have on the place is that the bathroom is kind of small. It had a toilet and a bath/shower in one room and the sink was outside of the room on the entrance side of the room. The exterior of the hotel is simple and is essentially a Motel because you can access the rooms from the inside AND outside.

Very nice large room. Clean and well stocked. Little pricey but worth it compared to other places. Staff was friendly.

There are two floors and no elevator. Not a problem walking the stairs but we were on a long trip and had a lot of luggage. They did offer to have someone help us carry our luggage. They only had one desk attendant that worked 7am-11pm. After 11 pm you had to enter for on a side door with a very narrow row stairway. When we checked out before 7am we had to carry everything down two long hallways and down the narrow stairway.

The staff was great, the coffee service at the lobby was amazing! (Starbucks branded coffee on the house!) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen space and the fridge, nice bathrooms, sofa and chairs, all was super nice! We stayed in the upstairs room with the huge private balcony space. We LOVEd it! Everything about this hotel was wonderful. All my family enjoyed staying at the hotel for two nights. We recommend to everyone who visit Jackson Hole!

We didn’t mind it but there is no elevator if you don’t want to (or not able to) use the stairs to access the rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable, close to town

We were from Australia, and the check in was for 4pm, so we arrived, but no one was there, we waited until 4.30pm, then had to borrow a phone to call the number on the door. They informed us, the office was in another location, but this wasn't on the information we received or on the door of the Parkway, so that would be something they need to be aware of. we eventually found the office by chance, but that's not really good enough. The cost of this room was extraordinary, but it appears most of the accomodation in Jackson Hole is only for the rich!!

It is a great location. The hotel is rustic with a Cowboy vibe. It does not offer breakfast. While it has an inside corridor, all doors open to the outside, which is not my preference. The towels were soft and d the size of beach towels. It has a refrigerator. Also a clothes steamer and a vaporizer in the room. While it is not luxurious, I would stay there again because it is a good value.

The second floor does not have an elevator and it was hard carrying our luggage up the stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this darling hotel. We loved the decor of the room down to every detail. It made you feel immersed in Jackson, WY. The location was great - walking distance to the town square. We also loved the indoor pool/hot tub and sauna amenities. And finally, they have a small snack/coffee shop which was perfect for a quick bite on the go. The coffee was free but the food was for purchase.

Nothing negative to say about this place.

The property was in an excellent location, and very clean! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly.

There is nothing bad to say about this property other than the lack of having microwaves available. It would have been nice to have a way to heat up food.

Excellent beds, fabulous shower, clean room, comfortable space, friendly staff.

Our room, 110, was situated virtually behind reception, with windows on the corner of the building, along the side street. There was much noise from passing foot traffic, loud and intoxicated people from after hours drinking venues. They were happy and not at all offensive, but woke us repeatedly. I cannot recommend the position of this room.
