Nice hostel style accommodation with a short walk to the main strip, all facilities were very well cleaned.

Shared areas could do with a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, etc.). I asked the staff if I was able to microwave something in their reception staff room but was refused - understandable but I think the facilities definitely need at least one microwave for guests.

Jackson is an expensive place to stay and this was by far the cheapest option which is why I say it’s good value for money, relatively speaking for the area. We found the facilities plentiful for the number of guests and generally it was surprisingly quiet.

The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms themselves are cool enough but once you’re in the pod and close the curtain there is no air circulation and it was unbearably hot. There was a fan but it didn’t do much. There really needs to be some kind of ventilation in the pods to combat the issue.

A comfortable, welcoming experience from beginning to end. An awesome front desk staff, easy check in, and close proximity to everything in Jackson as well as buses to places like Jackson Hole Mountain and Teton Village and the airport route. The bunks are very comfortable and private. I particularly appreciated the provided locker, drawer space, private bathrooms/showers, and towels, which I have not often received at hostels. The Cache House is absolutely wonderful!

Not the fault of the property, but some guests were a little unmindful of noise and habits with others sharing the spaces.

Affordable. Great location. Nice guests. Comfortable beds. Nice girls at front desk. Near bus stop.

Floors were cold and wet. Some bathrooms dirty showers. Some bathrooms out of TP in the evening. Some guests loud at night.

You will not find a better price in Jackson. The hostel is in a great location. There is a lot of privacy in the bed area. There are a lot of toilets/showers and they are all separated into individual bathrooms with toilet sink and shower - these are the nicest hostel shower facilities I’ve ever seen.

Can be stressful to try to find street parking near the hostel. The bed compartment can be quite stuffy (especially if sharing with a partner). There are a lot of beds in the room so even though it feels really private for the most part, if someone in the dorm snores you will hear it and with so many beds the chances of this increases. Honestly though for the cost compared to everything else in Jackson that more than makes up for this issues if on a budget. I think when we were looking the next cheapest option was double the price of this hostel!

Fantastic hostel! I think anyone giving this place a negative review has never stayed at a hostel and expects it to be a hotel. It's clean, beds comfy, nice private toilets and showers. Most people seem to go to bed early and there isn't heaps of noise. Some reviews said it was too hot, but I sleep cold and with the fan above the bed it was fine for me to get to sleep. Just bring earplugs and an eye mask as you would for any hostel stay.

We loved our stay here! The place had a modern look and was well-maintained. The beds were spacious and comfortable, with conveniently placed outlets right beside them. It was also very handy to have lockers directly under the beds with towels in them, along with a separate locker for luggage, both offering plenty of space. There were many bathrooms available, all clean and well-kept. Very happy to find such an affordable option in Jackson Hole, as we planned the trip on short notice and wanted to avoid spending hundreds of dollars.

The only minor inconvenience was the lack of onsite parking, but we were able to find street parking close by.

The location in downtown Jackson was excellent. Private shower and bathroom was nice. Lockable lockers for each pod. USB charging ports, dimmable light and fan in your pod. Comfortable clean bed. The pods are a good value considering most other accommodations in Jackson are three to four times as expensive. The commons area is well ventilated and comfortable. Good complimentary coffee available at the hotel front desk.

The ventilation system in the pod sleeping area was not good. The installed fan in each pod helped move stale air. I had an upper bunk pod. I’m not sure how to solve that problem.

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of jackson hole. Free on street parking was available if you drove around the block a few times, otherwise there was paid parking maybe 10-ish minutes walk away. Area felt extremely safe. Bathrooms were wonderfully clean and private - there were maybe 10+ private shower/toilet/sink combos. WiFi worked okay. The common areas were not separated from the sleeping areas so it was somewhat loud at night - but it was fine with earplugs. The beds were all separated by curtains though which did afford some privacy, and the beds were comfortable

It’s in a windowless basement downstairs. Also the locker situation felt quite awkward because we had a locker that was an upper locker - it was very hard to haul our 23kg suitcase in and out of the locker.

We had a good stay. The facilities felt clean. However, note that there is basically no sign outside the hostel where it says Cache House. When checking in, at least three people after us also mentioned that they had trouble finding the hostel due to the lack of signs. If the room is fully booked, there could be as many as 24 people sleeping in the room at the same time entailing that there will be certain noises.

Quite high price for a hostel.
